NB: My 1cup = 250ml.
Ingredients:

🔸for the preparation of dough;
Maida/all purpose flour - 2 cup
Salt - a pinch
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 2.5 cup [or as required to get a soft dough as shown in the video]
Gingerly oil/Nallenna - 3 tsp & as required to dip the dough
🔸for the filling;
Split Bengal gram - 2 cup
Water - 2.5 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 2 cup [n then powdered]
Cardamom powder - 1.5 tsp
Ghee - 1/2 tsp
