Would really like to see massive let us use 2 exotic gear pieces at a time. This would make gear sets much more viable and would allow for some really fun builds

Why only 2? If they allow to equip all exotic in gear that will be a fun and it make agent way powerfull and may be break the game..but it is great..in div 1 i equip exotic weapon in all slots..and it is really fun..something may be dev allow when they are donw with div 2 in future.
Nah, Div2 Exo's are designed to be a one off in every set. Unlike in Div1 they are powerful gear that boost certain things. The dev's said so themselves, they wanted it to be the way it is right now.
As a veteran div1 and 2 player it's extremely helpful to have content creators like you GD. You add so much more insight into the game. When I first started playing this franchise back in 2016 I didnt have a clue as to what I was doing other than shooting guys down. For me the game was just so overwhelming with all of the possibilities of builds and gear sets, but I soldered on and tried to learn and when div2 came out they CHANGED everything on me, but I soldiered on. Trying once again to learn the new mechanics and how to use them and now here I am STILL learning every single day time I play. It has been quite the challenge for but even after playing this game(div2)now since launch I still love it and feel like there is still so much more left for me to play. Most days I just run around and collect gear and crap and its still fun.
This video is great. It's not only helpful for new players it also helps people who don't have a high shade level. Please continue to do more of these.
Another way to up your chances for Exotics is to check the targeted loot for that specific mission. The loot changes daily. When it switches to what you are farming for then run it till you get it. May take 1 run or dozens. I was looking for the BTSU gloves and ran camp white Oak probably 30 times and finally got then. Have fun exploring and remember to look for the hanging orange crates throughout the open world. Sometimes great stuff and first time opening them you get weapon skins and gear dyes.
It’s cool your helping out the new players man. Most people look down on them and make being success in this game look impossible. Yea it took me a minute to understand I only needed 3 Pieces for each brand. I had on 6 pieces of providence thinking I was doing something lol

I had my best luck so far a couple nights ago when I was farming the Air and Space Museum that had targeted loot for backpacks! I farmed it for probably 6-7 hours trying to get the Momento back pack! About 2 hrs in an exotic dropped for the final boss and my heart dropped, checked it....Acosta’s Go-bag! 😖 Kept on trucking along! Finally, I decided after almost 7 hrs of grinding, I was going to do one last run! Glad I did....final boss dropped 2 exotics for me....not 1, BUT 2!! One was a decent rolled Tardigrade exotic...the other...the Momento that was .5% weapon damage away from a god rolled exotic!! That is the first, and probably the only time, that I will get 2 exotics like that at the same time! It was quite a satisfying grind needless to say!!
Eclipse protocol gearset is really good for status effect builds. You kill one person with status effect, and everyone around them has that effect applied.
Got it yesterday aswell, luckly some guy answered to my Backup call an he literally rush-carried me Thru the 4 villians so i can actually Play the game as i want to :D
You really need it if you want to become very powerful. Once you start leveling up and have the crit chance, crit damage maxed and armor and health, you really star taking down NPC'S easily on challenging and you can take on any mission on Heroic.

That doesn’t mean that I’m a great player, I still suck at it!! My question is, the higher difficulty you play in the game, better rolls you get on weapons and equipment and exotics? Because right now I’m playing in hard mode, and the rolls are ok, every time I tried to play on challenging my player set up is really not there!! I like to play solo and I don’t have access to Dark Zone so that is out of the equation!
Also some brand sets do not need you to go full 3 or even 2. Ceszka for example give 10% crit chance and grupo sombra gives 15% crit damage, these aid in crit build stacks. The more magical gear are the non named gear, with gear slots. Getting 80%+ protection from elites with balance in damage and armor (mark of bladez's build) just chugs along heroic and legendaries (with a lot of gold enemies spawning) And yep, I'm one of those who gives exotics if you ask nicely (maybe except for longhorn and imperial dynasty, looking for a second copy.... And most especially the eagle bearer 😂🤣😂🤣)
I get that. I’d like to get Ravenous and EB, but the effort that someone has to go through for it is huge. Hard for me to be that guy that asks for it if they got a second of any of them.

Important question: So I have not done the raid that includes the bulswark backpack n chest piece and such. BUT, please tell me the answer to this: If i have a group member with me that I join, and he's done the raid, and we both farm Bulswark, and he gets the backpack or chestpiece, can he share it with me?
I've had 6 exotics drop in like 3 or 4 days. Had 2 exotics drop within 1st 15 mins I was in dz today. Had dz all to myself for over an hour. 2 merciless, pestilence, lady death, shotgun and something else.
So...I've heard a few mixed responses on this topic and I was wondering if I could get a guaranteed verification if someone would be so kind to clarify. I am trying to get the Coyotes Mask but I missed the season in which it drops. I am understanding that it drops from the last boss of Jefferson Trade Center (which it is). I have been told though that if I do NOT have it already than it will not drop for me at all. Some people are saying this is true while some people are saying that it will but you NEED to have someone doing the mission with you that already has it so you can't solo the mission to get it if you don't have it yet. The only way to have it drop for you is to have the piece of gear already. Would someone be able to clarify this for me? Thanks
Coyote's mask can drop anywhere for anyone if they have it or have had it or don't have it. Coyote has a higher probability to drop the mask. She also has a higher probability to drop the Merciless exotic rifle, so chances are pretty weird with her. But that shouldn't stop you from running the mission to try and get it. If you are at level 40, do the Legendary weekly mission which guarantees you an exotic cache as well as the Summit weekly project. This would improve your chances. Also, farm missions or areas with masks as targeted loot. This way you can get the coyotes mask as well.
Hey, I follow you a lot for division 2 content. If you have a clan I would definitely like to join. Im primarily a solo ayer, and have put some hours into the game. I'm running a character at level 19 now. So if you're running a clan of sorts of definitely like to join

Woops! Sorry, when we say New players, we are loosely meaning level 30 - level 40. Also, I gave some general tips that can get you exotics without playing legendary missions.
I did like you, but in revers my ps4 character who is lev 517 is probably the worst lev 517 player ever, I switched over to PC got better at gear mgmt and rerolling and using all that knowledge on a new agent now at 467 or so that agent is 10000x better than the ps4 agent due to the ability to have a skill build a dps build tank build - having the knowledge to know what to do is important

@@oreox1000 back then out of all the BS going on, including the weapon balancing etc... the Dark Zone had two level caps, 30 for people who didn't own the expansion, and 40 for people who owned the expansion they were IN THE SAME ZONE MATCHED UP! We were forced to buy if we were continuing the game. We bought it. My friend spent 1 solid month grinding for the Exotic (I don't remember the name, the golden LMG that has infinite bullets), not a single drop! A month everyday 4 hours grind my guy... Those aside, everyone was running almosy the same semi AR build in PVP. There was only offensive builds, not a single defensive or technician build was viable. One shot everyone or go home. The game was pretty dumb, again, all those aside. I found the damage glitch, invited the squad and told them before hand try it on your own risk. I TAUGHT them how to do it, out of 4 (including me) only 1 of them didn't do the glitch. Everyone got banned with 2 weeks rollback which we were grinding heavily even before the dmg glitch, and we never hit the dark zone in that period AT ALL. Everyone got banned excluding me, I wasn't banned while the guy who didnt do the glitch got banned? We informed the support, they didn't give a damn. We came back after a while, same builds, same legendary difficulty bullet sponge, same glitches in the game (Hardwire set and the grenade launcher not working together... etc). The dynasty knee pads was giving people cancer, next patch they buffed it... we just had enough. The player base for sure is huge, and the game is active, but doesn't make the game any better. Those devs don't know how to run that game, at all.

Awesome video. Definitely helps. Being new to the game, I had no idea how to use the recalibration station.

My fave build I use is a 4 piece tip of the spear chest piece has unbreakable and Sawyer kneepad I run this with technicians specialization.

Doesn’t Galveston from camp white oak drop btsu gloves also?
Back in the day it was the only way from what I can recall.
BTSU bosses do drop the gloves. But right now, it can drop from a random chest in the open world. The pool is now bigger.

I really like the Eclipse protocol build, the problem that I have is that I can’t compensate the armor loss. Do you have any tips for that?
I exclusively play from cover. Sometimes I run glass canon with it too and the damage is nuts! Its a trade off imo.😀
Do you need to be lvl 40 in order to get exotics? Just got to World Tier 4. Are there any conditions you have to meet in order to get exotics?
No you can get them once you are in the WT5 and GearScore 500. But some are exclusive to legendary game mode which are based on level 40

Alot of people are lost when it comes to The Division 2, this is why the pvp suckz because people do not understand how to build
