    @38:08 Cerebrolysin
    @41:10 Dihexa- BDNF is great for learning and memory and causes dendrites to grow. Bdnf is increased with holy basil and bacopa and Dihexa.
    @42:37 RG3 (Synapsin nasal spray)
    @46:42 MT2 Melanotan II amazing for mitigating chronic inflammation and tanning.(avoid this one, way too many reports of skin cancer immediately after a cycle.)
    @47:15 VIP nasal spray for chronic inflammation leading to auto-immune disease.
    @47:50 Thymosin Alpha for resetting the immune system in autoimmune people. It makes infections more visible to the immune system. May be a good treatment for cancer tumors.

    This video makes me think Paul from Men’s Complete Health in Sarasota, FL wrong this. Paul said almost all the same exact things to me. BPC-157 for future health and Tesamorelim for my visceral fat. I am already down 13lbs since January 1st 2020. Great stuff looking forward to learning more especially Selank and Semax nasal spray.

    I take both the nasal spray for TB500 and BPC-157. I already noticed that for me the nasal BPC wasn't doing anything. I just spray it in my mouth after hearing that the body makes it in the stomach and it works now. ( 2 days ) The TB500 was already doing great things. Together with ALA ( alpha lipoic acid ) this will get me back to health I think. Thanks for the great podcasts on peptides.

    Thanks Ari. Hope this area of research can attract more funding.
    Stickler's approach using a system coach seems appropriate. Especially because such promising early research is likely to attract a parade of bio hackers willing to make a cocktail of every promising peptide and just run a leap of faith "experiment" on themselves.

      @@marinabachurina2844 Thanks for the response. Do you have anecdotal experience using it? I actually just picked up both GHK-Cu and PAL-GHK last week. Will be using the GHK-cu both internally and topically and the PAL-GHK topically as a spray e.o.d for the growth/regenerative aspect. Both peptides have a low enough molecular weight to be absorbed into the scalp, with the PAL version having the added fat-soluble component to enhance cellular absorption and the -Cu version to attend to the DHT. Also just started RU58841 topically as a spray e.o.d to address the follicle-shrinking androgen aspect of the equation.

    Just let me know when the average person can easily, cheaply, and safely access these peptides to improve health and functioning. Extensive human studies would help to determine safety, dosing, and usage. Until then, it's mostly abstract theory.

    • @Nicholas-Kent
      @Nicholas-Kent 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Have you genuinely looked? There are groups performing tests from vendors globally, clinical data and RCTs that didn't exist a year ago - simply animal studies, and a host of anecdotal evidence.
      An anecdote is, yes, just that.. However, on volume, when congruent, that is the trigger that kicks off the snowball of data to emerge.
      Abstract theory lol. Do you some investigation, beyond a single page Google search and you might discover some things. Or.. wait 5y+ and plat catch up to those willing to put the work in early.
      Perhaps begin with looking outside your country, if you're in the US or UK/EU..
