    Thank you so much for all your detailed explanation. I am taking the test on Wednesday, this is my second time and you have helped me slow down and break the questions down. You are so right when you say its almost as much an English test as it is a PMP test. For the most part I follow your logic when you explain how to answer questions but there were a few that I did not understand. For example at 4:12.07 you say the answer is C, but for me the better answer is B because although it doesn't call out "action points" directly, I think it could be inferred. Also you taught me to be skeptical when an answer calls to use a third party not mentioned in the question. For those reasons I thought for sure it was B. I'd be interested in your thoughts on my thought process. Again..I can't thank you enough, I am just trying to learn.

    • @edzest
      @edzest  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi, another important aspect of solving PMP questions is identifying the main problem the question is talking about.
      In this question, the problem is with facilitation, (it's going for long, and no action points decided at the end). So, the solution to the problem is better facilitation.
      Only option C talks about it.
      Also, a detailed agenda on its own wouldn't ensure better facilitation.
      Hope I am able to clarify.
      Thanks for your kind words as well. 😊

    Hi Amit, wonderful explanation of the people domain task.
    I would like to know that, is there any trick to determine the question is from which task of people domain, as we can know this in process domain.Appreciate your feedback.
    2.Are all the questions in pmp exam will be scenario based or Pmi has allocated some percentage of questions to be scenario, applications.

    • @edzest
      @edzest  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Faiz, it is not required to identify which task it is from, as the answer doesn't change based on that. It's better to focus on building the people's mindset for project managers.
      No trying to identify the task will also save time in the exam.

    • @edzest
      @edzest  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Almost all questions will be scenarios based, you might but a few direct questions but there's no dedicated percentages declared by PMI.
