Finally, someone acknowledged the respect that route 23 deserves. Such a underestimate final route theme, yet, so good
I love route 10, but damn if route 23 doesn't scream "finale" I don't know what does. Perfect that the last route theme from the DS Pokémon games has Professor Rowan's lietmotif, the first song you hear when booting up the first DS Pokémon games.

Right after a climactic conclusion in the Giant Chasm, hearing this really shows how far you've come, how much you've experienced in this journey. Now all you need is that final push; the Pokémon League awaits. And oh boy, this remaster encapsulates this feeling and more. Great stuff as always Zame!
well, I wouldn't say "final push", because beating the Elite 4 is like doing 50% of what the game has to offer lol
I've never played a game that matches the music and the tone so well as the gen 5 games.

When people think of Unova, they tend to think of Route 10. It's an underrated final route.
@@TurquoiseStar17 Route 10 is good too, but route 23 is even better. 10 may have slightly better music but 23 is so much more well designed.
Route 23 and Route 10 (final route on BW) ost both have this "the end of your journey is here" vibe, but both are kinda contrasting to each other. Listening to route 23 makes me feel motivated to reach the goal that is already so close. Meanwhile, listening to route 10 makes me feel melancholy as I remember my whole journey to reach this point. Both are really good final routes ost.

Al entrar en esta ruta y escuchar esta música por primera vez te entraba un subidón de adrenalina y coraje por el cuerpo con el que te sentías imparable, en este remastered es igual pero con este toque de Zame que siempre mola bastante.

Average Route 10 fan vs. Average Route 23 enjoyer
Let's just admit that both theme are incredible.
But if we take the gameplay, yes route 23 destroy route 10.
Imagine if they made unovanin swsh style but in highest quality possible, but not just a remastered game, more like black 3 and white 3 (and original dragon)

The iconic soundtrack that marks the beginning of the DS Pokémon Series before you venture off, and also the last checkpoint before finishing that journey from all those years back.
The part around 0:22 always gets me, I really dont get how this masterpiece is so underrated

This is amazing, I love it✨✨! With this route I really feel that my journey it's going to finish and that it's time to face the elite four. One question why Zame hasn't done a remix/remake of any song of Kalos, I would like to see his talent on any song of my favourite region✨⭐.

@@lucaras7689 ORAS, BW1, and FRLG/RBY are definitely good starting nuzlocke games, some of the harder ones are BW2, Plat, and the Alola games

I remember the journey when going on this route in BW2, you gotta use 2 HMs to go in places for looting items and battle trainers, they're puzzling to do and trainers are hard cause i'm using one for HM slave, the cartridge was Blaze Black/Volt White so it was much harder difficulty.
Thanks! Seems like when a lot of people think of Unova, they think of Route 10. 23 deserves more covers, gotta appreciate that nod to Sinnoh in the second half.

Now that BDSP are out, its time to start thinking about Unova for the next remaster! I hope they base it on B2W2 and not BW, or at the very least include the extra areas.

Not only is this just a fina route for BW2 but the final route for the DS Era of Pokémon and in my opinion is better than Route 10 and the music because this really was the ending route of an era that started a new one a year later
