    In my opinion, GM has been nailing it with their recent redesigns. You’re awesome.

    I just bought a 2021 Equinox Premier White. I love it it has the 1.5 l turbocharged engine it has plenty of power. I don't drive it like it's a Ferrari anyway. I'm old and drive like a grandpa. But all in all I love the car it has nice leather interior the infotainment center is great. It's large enough I can take my wife and my granddaughters around.

      Oooh, that's review is pretty old. I saw an 2018 Outlander on the rental car lot yesterday. I'm returning a 2018 Malibu this afternoon and picking up a new rental tomorrow. If I can, I'll snag the Outlander and post a new (better) review. And good luck with your search. Let me know what you end up buying. I only get to drive these cars for a day or two, so it's always nice to hear from actual owners. Cheers!

      The seats are extremely comfortable. I have low back problems and have no issues with these at all. As for cabin noise, I've found very little. I'm soon having a rust protectant for the under carriage that is also suppose to help seal out road noise, so I anticipate none at all after this service.

    Just test drove right after the RAV4. Equinox is quieter and transmission is much smoother. Info screen better and more USB ports. Negatives-rear cargo is smaller, seats are initially comfortable but start to wear on ya the longer you are there. I drive a V8, I thought the 1.5L was perfectly fine, acceleration and response is definitely better than Tucson. Very nice vehicle. I don't want adaptive cruise, but blind spot and lane drift should be standard in 2018 Chevy.

    The control on the drivers door is to open the rear hatch & adjust how much it opens.

    • @100RentalCars
      @100RentalCars  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Ivan. But it doesn't actually do that! I'm serious, I tried four times. I put the dial on "max" and the hatch opened all the way. Then I put it on "3/4" and it opened the exact same amount! I even filmed it to make sure I was missing something. ...maybe my vehicle was busted?

    • @BTC909
      @BTC909 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Modes:
      . MAX: Opens to maximum height.
      . 3/4: Opens to a reduced height that can be set from 3/4 to fully open. Use to prevent the liftgate from opening into overhead obstructions such as a garage door or roof-mounted cargo. The liftgate can be manually opened all the way.
      . OFF: Opens manually only.
      Setting the 3/4 Mode:
      To change the position the liftgate stops at when opening:
      1. Select MAX or 3/4 mode and power open the liftgate.
      2. Stop the liftgate movement at the desired height by pressing any liftgate button. Manually adjust the liftgate position if needed.
      3. Press and hold l next to the pull cup on the outside of the liftgate until the turn signals flash and a beep sounds. This indicates the setting has been recorded.
      The liftgate cannot be set below a minimum programmable height. If there is no light flash or sound, then the height adjustment may be too low.

      I own a Prius C2 as well! It's a Black 2018 Model.
      It's a fun hatch for sure! I even like how Toyota managed to make it look "adorable" and "sporty" without making it look weird.
      I know the regular Prius has a whole new hybrid system and platform, but they had the C2 for $2500 off and I couldn't resist. Makes it a whole $5000 cheaper than a regular Prius. (Not including taxes)

    • @terrencewilburn9081
      @terrencewilburn9081 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@100RentalCars Yes, the only 2 solutions are driving in the L6 gear, which allows it to perform the same as drive and also if you're driving with the AC on, you can actually put it in D and it won't shut off. These two methods definitely eliminates the Auto Stop/Start system. I had to do my homework and confirmed this to be true through my research. Thank God these methods work, they should have a deactivation button on all Auto Start/Stop vehicles and not just some of them. This would allow people to choose the option in which they prefer to drive in much more conveniently. Lastly this was a great video that you posted my friend and have a great day!
