Tagalog Lola = will say "susmaryosep!", throws a tsinelas and runs to tell her neighbors.
Ilonggo Lola = will say "Yo de Puta!", throws a bakya and will get her Karambit Blade heirloom and try to slash the intruder.
Cebuano Lola = will say "Pisting Yawa!", throws a silhig (broom) shouts to the neighbors and gets her husband's bolo and will try to stab the intruder.
Tausug Lola = will say "Halipuloh!", throws her freshly made Pastil then runs to his grandchildren where each will grab their Magnum .357 or 9mm to shoot their Lola's Intruder. "Welcome to Mindanao Madafaka!!!"

And the script...Lola asking Andrew's Peter to clear the cobwebs, then after a couple of mins just saying she's off to sleep. And even Zenadaya's acting of MJ's reaction to Andrew...(they say Zendaya is a good actress but I guess not in this scene), and also Ned suddenly having magic and knowing how to create a portal multiple times, when it took Doctor Strange (supposedly "the best [sorcerer] of them all" a long time of training just to get it.
