This makes me think more that Earth is so perfect and rare that can't be paralleled by any other planet in the universe. It's placement on our Solar system is amazing that it can sustain life and the planets arounds us protects us from asteroids too. It also have water which can be found on hardly any other planets and also has a good atmosphere that other planets cease to have.

Due to the infinity of space, life was bound to happen at some point. It's NOT perfect, that's the whole point, so manu things would kill us that it's only in particular areas with the right factors that we have any chance of evolving. It would make more sense to say the universe was "created for" stars, since they form so easily and are the bulk of its non-dark matter.
