To get the cat to like you you must give your cat some space, and make sure he sees that you care for him by feeding him, doing litter, etc; and you need to sit down, and get him to come too you, it might take like 3 months though. Also dont forget to let him smell your hands or come up to them before you pet him, also cat treats work for my cat I got him some a couple months ago, and were like best buds now.
I just installed your condo mod today and Iove the decorating you have done! However I'm not good at decorating so I just stand in my apartment next to yours staring blankly at the walls hoping if I stand there long enough they will decorate themselves...they don't! Lol
Cute place! I like it. As far as Toby goes, if he's a rescue, he might have had bad experiences with someone who looks like you or men in general. Cats and dogs can be like that. He probably loves you in his own way, but is too scared.

That was actually really freaking epic. :) The house looked like a nice ,albiet non-functional, house until you opened the workshop room. I love the key for apartment 8, pretty cool that someone could download this and redecorate a room next door.

If you want a challenge suggestion, how about after clearing out concord of enemies you can make the shop across the street from this apartment (the one you directly see from the balcony) into a shop or bar or coffee shop/restaurant (maybe a mix of those like a trader pit stop). Would be really nice to be able to slowly bring concord back to life.
I love this apartment! Settlements are fun and all, but I always wanted a cool apartment to live in somewhere on the top floor. Unfortunately none of them are 'perfect'. For instance, my dream apartment would be in the centre of Boston on the top floor with a winter garden or a small space on the roof to chill in the sun. You apartment is really close to my 'perfect' apartment though. The only reason I prefer settlements over home mods is the fact that I love to have glass windows and be able to look outside, especially when it is raining 😇 I guess it 's hard to make a house mod without the loading screen

I liked this video so much I recreated the apartments on the street I grew up on and now live on the next street over but I did my build in sanctuary and except for color and minor defferances it looks just like my Ray street home and sacuary the street with the cercle is just like my real life Ray st. looks so cool as my build couldn't stop laghfing while walking threw it lol

I love the idea that you recreated your real life living space. I actually hadn't thought about trying that myself, but, then, I lived in a cramped, cluttered house with my mother in law. But, still. It would be interesting. And I wouldn't worry about the striking similarity that creeps your wife out. Seeing the comments from the type of community on this channel, apart from the obvious jokes about living in your closet (LOL), I don't think there would be any stalkers trying to find out where you actually live. Being on the top floor of a condo, it's not like any1 can peer into your windows to see the layout & say "That's it! That's the place I saw in the video." I think it might even be MORE comfortable for you to have your character come back to such familiar surroundings after a particularly stressful day out in the Commonwealth. Sorry Toby isn't too keen on you, but you can hopefully build a rapport, in time. I knew a gray tabby & white cat named Toby who I swear was bipolar. I mean, he'd rub up against you all friendly and loving, then turn and bite you, not as a hard love bite, but in aggression. It's like "I want love. I can't take the over-stimulus of getting pet! Argh!" :D I still loved that neighbor's cat, though. I can't wait for you to find Susan. I miss her.

Interesting! My house would be easy as we live in almost the same style houses as they have in Sanctuary Hill ! 1950s -60s Style ranch homes. The only difference is ours is brick construction instead of ceramic stainless steel. The Lustron Home Company That DID make those real buildings was just five miles from here.

I downloaded the Goodneighbour house mod. The door doesn't work but I got in through another door and ended up in Concord apartment as expected. It was the same apartment as the Concord apartment but I can't get in through the front door.
I’m having difficulties in powering lights in the apartment. Do you need to connect the fuse box to a wire? I tried to use lanterns for lighting but they don’t even give off light.
Personally i think this channel needs more tutorials or maybe a no mods tutorial series for novice builders or builders with no creativity. Either way great job👍

Can you make a settlement where all factions can get along? Also the structure version of the vault crashes my game if i get too close still.
Cordless VII you should try one in the mayor's bunker. I tried to use conquest but everything kept showing up invisible.

Unfortunately without static objects, predecorated homes don't stay that way for long if you have companions with you.
there is no door outside over on ps4 but the fast travel works and there is the door on the balcony
