Deep sleep is op. You can get an second life bar, an attack boost for 200 seconds or an speed boost for 200 seconds. You can have two boosts at the same time
Practically 3 at same time if you actually decide to coint that the D.Hp buff

I love that Certain evolutions have their stats but also some drawbacks, for example Gigant Sword is heavy but very long and powerful.
It also gives you that spike shield when you guard.

Morpho knight sword is a mixture of meta knight sword and, when charged at max, gigant sword, but the combo meta knight sword has cannot be used
@@davebambigamingita9292 but the shield is impenetrable. You don’t lose any health on block anymore and I believe only 3 attacks in the entire game can bypass that. So a pretty solid choice, but I’d put morpho higher obv
@@J99___ that is incorrect, there are a few attacks that will break through if I'm correct, like attacks that suck you into a black hole for example, with those attacks it may just be smarter to avoid them if possible.
Morpho knight sword has 2 more attacks, if you hold block and charge attack you will send out 2 of the ghost larvae that morpho knight uses in his fight and they home in on enemies, if you do the same but in the air you will do morpho knights sound wave attack
I know they opted out because moves were simplified but goddamn it I still want move lists.
Oh damn I didn't know about the sound wave attack will have to try next time.
But where is the Nova Skeleton that kills Vinny right after he acquires this weapon?
Only 12 abilities this time, I see. The Mouthful modes and upgrading more than makes up for it though.
I feel like cuz star allies had more characters and more ability’s and combos with those ability’s it made for a fun game I get this games 3D world wouldn’t be able to rlly do combos but I wish we had more characters and more ability’s I personally think Kirby friends in game should be Adeline Ribbon and his animal friends instead of always ddd meta knight and waddle dee
Plus the Evos feels like more of a separate copy ability...

Only 12 abilities, all with limited movesets. But this is still much more substantial than the powerups in Super Mario 3D World. And the upgrades are a result of less quantity and more quality.
I just wish they hadn't removed the ability to place bombs for bomb and the ice sprinkler for ice.

with 2-3 evolutions per ability and mouthful mode, it makes up plenty for only 12 abilities

Storm Tornado and Crystal Needle are definitely my favorites. It’s fun to grab stars from boss attacks and send an onslaught of them right back at the attacker.
Fleur tornado is stronger btw just saying
@@MJJ_2009 how? I mean, I don't like the tornado ability in this game since it is hard to use during boss fight. I mean, it lost its invincibility.
I am asking this since the same can also be said for chakram cutter and noble ranger. If you level them all up to the max, chakram cutter deals more DPS than buzzsaw cutter, and noble ranger have its bullet penetrate the enemy and blocks, making it easier to use than space ranger while also dealing more DPS.

Storm has higher damage and leaves behind Storm clouds
The lightning also targets enemies
And all blocks, stars and other objects the tornado picks up will be shot at an enemy meaning increased range and accuracy

Fun Fact: In Kirby right back at ya. In episode 60 I think I forgot the episode number Kirby actually uses the Galexia Sword just like meta knight does but he only gets the sword his physical appearance doesn’t change. That’s probably the reason why they added meta knight as Kirby 3rd Sword upgrade
He’s also used galixa before it was named that, back when it was called master sword, and it’s part of the sword selection in super sword

My favorite is the Space Ranger Ability. Kirby looks so adorable in that helmet.
Blizzard Ice is OP. It's block makes Kirby invulnerable to most attacks (even from bosses)

What’s everyone’s favorite and least favorite ability evolution. You can give a explanation as to why if you want as well.
Favorite: Morpho Knight Sword (Self explanatory)
Least Favorite: Wild Hammer (When I think of Hammer, I think of an ability that can deal a lot of damage while also being able to dish out said damage very quickly. But Wild Hammer trades all of its rapid fire for more power, and that’s what I don’t like about it. It feels way too bulky)

One thing I want to know about the game, is that whether the third ability is always better than the second one, or are they both viable options?
it depends for example ranger second form is way faster but it has the same damage as the base one so the third one is better where as sword giant form is slightly stronger compared to meta knight sword but way slower so i say its up to you
Some abilities also gain secret moves when upgrading like the meta knight sword.
Morpho knight sword also have extra move if you parry and hold b long enought (in the air too, same manip)

Some of the evolved abilities/mouthful mode took aspects from the other Copy Abilities like:
1. Space Ranger has properties of the Spark/Plasma ability.
2. Car mode took aspects from the Wheel ability.
They should've called Meta Knights sword Galaxia or at least Master cuz these are the names of it.
I saw all the others in your 100%, but i was terribly curious about Deep Sleep. XD Thank you!

I hope we get more like this with future copy abilities, we can upgrade them, I hope for the next one we get ESP, Whip, Archer, Fighter, and Beam added while keeping Sword, Fire, Drill, and Ranger. And one criticism maybe we can stray away from the third/last copy ability upgrades being based off of a boss or enemy, with Masked Hammer it’s fine with me because I feel like that fits really good just give him a different look for the hammers, but besides that though it looks cool, it tales away the progress we see in the upgrade, for example sword looks cool yeah, but maybe those could have been extras, and instead give sword a proper final version to show that it’s a true final upgrade, every ability except Hammer, Sword, and Cutter look like the base version but the best version they can be, again as I stated I’m fine with hammer being how it is, and tbh I feel like cutter’s final and second upgrade should have been swapped, anyways, the idea of upgrading equipment to look like the best version it can be is always awesome to see

The evolution gimmick really made the number of copy abilities shrink significantly sadly.
true but at least the evolutions fucking rock, i kinda hope they add more abilities with dlc, i could see the poison abilitiy fitting realy well with this game, but we'll just have to wait and see
But what really matters is, this is overall a good game.
i don't think the evolutions decreased the number of copy abilities, rather it's the transition to 3D. Despite what it may seem like, porting Kirby's copy ability movesets to 3D is extremely difficult. The evolutions are an attempt to bump the number back up. Even then, I really don't mind the reduced copy abilities. I actually like this more.

In Smash, Meta Knight Kirby eyes are green, the opposite of pink. Here is Yellow. His sword swing unleash smalls bats! Aaw!

Anyone else think there should be more than 12 abilities? I mean the abilities are useful. But out of the 12, there are 2 that are a one time use. Sleep doesn't even do anything. Don't get me wrong the other abilities (with upgrades) and mouthful mode are useful and unique but here's the thing. Kirby always had many forms. These include Ninja, Wing, Stone, Spark, Plasma, Fighter, Throw, Suplex, Wheel, Beam, Mirror, Archer, Leaf, (all the ones I remembered) and other different abilities. I mean look back at Kirby Squeak squad, he had the classic abilities but also there were new ones like Metal, Bubble, and animal. And the game was unique because kirby could gather ability bubbles. And mix them together with certain powers. Example 1, kirby can combine Ice and Bomb and become Ice bomb kirby. Example 2, kirby can combine sword with several elemental abilities such as fire, spark and ice. This was later applied to kirby star allies. But the point is, even though the upgrades for Forgotten Land are unique and strong, there isn't any ability combinations
Bubble SUCKS, ANIMAL HAS A REPLACEMENT (DRILL does the job better)

Still though sleep is a one time ability. U can't use that again. So what's the point in having it upgraded if the upgrades don't make it last longer or offer more than the heals. I mean honestly how cool would it be if when sleep was upgraded it could be a full time use, kirby can attack with a pillow and used the sand man's sand to put enemies to sleep for a short period

I would have liked the return of brawler, with suplex and ninja as variants.
If this game gets DLC (Which i’d doubt) i’d like to see some old abilities return and receive the evolution treatment

Hello, I finish the game recently and the people that asks how you obtain the Last Boss, is in the Ultimate Cup Z. I recommend that you fight the Ultimate Cup Z with the Morpho Knight Sword

Its a shame they didn't include the beam ability, but I guess space ranger ability makes up for it

Animal Kirby should've been an upgrade in the drill line. It fits in with the drill's ability and with the animal theme of the game.
