I was trying to install CH340 drivers for my Arduino Mega 2650 on my old Windows 7 machine. When installing, the CH341SER drivers that are normally recommended did not install properly and the ports option in the Arduino IDE was greyed out. devmgmt.msc listed the Arduino as an unknown device and provided absolutely no driver support for it. Just to get these CH341SER drivers installed I had to use the "pnputil -i -a CH341SER.INF" in the CMD terminal and then selected what I installed from a list of available drivers in devmgmt.msc window. While devmgmt.msc now somewhat recognized the Arduino, I could tell that the drivers still were not properly installed and the ports selector in the Arduino's IDE Tool's drop-down was still greyed out. Furthermore, in devmgmt.msc I got a "this device cannot start (code 10)" in regards to the "Ports & Comm" entry for the Arduino as well as a "arduino board at COM3 is not available" error message if I tried to barrel ahead and access the Arduino in the IDE.
The solution that ultimately worked was to do an internet search for a driver called "Arduino.INF". I think that these might older drivers from the Vista era but for some reason they worked perfectly on Windows 7. You should be able to find these drivers with an internet search but contact me if you cannot reply to this and I can help you. To install I again used the "pnputil -i -a Arduino.INF" command in the CMD terminal and instantly the drivers became associated with the Arduino and the ports option appeared in the IDE. The Arduino is now completely recognized on my machine. I just wanted this with you in the hopes of saving you the suffering that I had to go through in arriving at this solution.

you are welcome. it should work with win 7 as well. Try another USB cable with win 7 . Some times cable could an issue. Do you see the device under the unknown devices?

Robojax bro I can't see option other devices like u in my device manager but I found the update the driver option from under Action bar in device manager and pasted the drivers link from Arduino to update drivers and clicked next then it is showing best drivers for your device are already installed but when I open Arduino I am unable to find COM4 in tools option so can u tell me what's the problem?
Then, try using another USB cable. The cable is bad. You must see a device.
