That does not look like fun to me. I've operated from the "bonnet" of my 4Runner a few times, but generally miles off the highway. ;) I also sat on the back bumper with the hatch up and a wire run to a 7m mast 60-some feet away and worked a few SOTA stations. But that was parked at the staging area for a hike on a local open space area as well. There was still too much traffic. :o Oh, I live in western Nevada... desert country. ;)
Any day you get to play radio is a good day in my book. Looking forward to the next Lake to Lake video.

Roger that, thanks mate!
Couple of witches hats, hi vis vest, warning lights and a sign "RF work in progress". she'll be right. Thanks for the vid.
Chuck a few dozen road cones in the back of the wagon, shut down a highway, sounds like a video to me. 😅
That's funny!
I love the peace and quiet of your vids ... I SAID, I LOVE ... 😂😂😂😂
Well done! Variety is the spice ‘o life. 👍📻⚡️
Thanks mate!
I have some roadside activations coming up on my schedule. Thanks for getting me stoked to sit in a ditch on the side of the road 😜 73! - Tim N7KOM
Ditch was a bog, would have used the wagon as a shield from the traffic otherwise! 😜
