Funny how this USED to be considered "sick" and "stylish" but now it's just considered standard and expected for any relevant player with Doom on their team. Even the Doom hard tag from Firebrand is whatever now for anyone good playing a Firebrand team (which is, ironically, only really ApologyMan now). Just interesting how this game has developed to that point now.
Honestly, combos like this take such execution that you'll almost never see it happen. Also with UMVC3's netcode there is a lot of delay and it makes things like this really really hard to do online. It's no where near this bad online.
how are you guys getting matches I never find anyone on steam... anyway if you suck at combos like me you can go chris g and make a lame zoning team thats what I did... my team is rocket storm sentinel

That first match was some of the FILTHIEST Marvel I've seen in a LONG time. Had me geekin' HARD. That need to be mainstage, crowd locked in with that Yipes commentary. But yo, .. ApologyMan got that Level 5 Frank tech down PAT. That second match was legit.
I lost it after the first round that combo with doom man I'm trying to learn it it's so swagged out how he just smoothly hits you while going up with his hands I like that versatility not just the same o foot dive to a level 3

It's corner specific, basically. Your opponent has to be as close to the corner as they possibly can, and your assist call has to be likewise. It doesn't work on small char's and can be awkward on chars with funny hitboxes. Oh and Morrigan. Because Morrigan.
