lol. Artlist is known to send out copyright claims to their own customers. Tech & Design complains about it during live streams. He said he got over 400 claims from Artlist so far. They keep sending claims and releasing than sending again and again.
They changed the license to require an active subscription in order to publish. 😔 It's like getting the rug pulled right under me by the company. I joined because it used to be you download assets and could publish without an active subscription, meaning the assets already downloaded can be used for future projects and publish without an active subscription. I'm not sure if they'll honor the original agreement and I feel completely lied to by Artlist at the moment. 😔
Hi check the T&C, I think the assets you downloaded under the old license will probably still be covered by what you had signed up for. I think the reason they changed things is because they used to have annual subscriptions only and not the monthly model
If i have an older license before these terms came in i can still use my downloaded music though right? After expiration? Ive reached out to artlist about this but they havnt replied.
Yeah, I just found out today when I was getting ready to unsubscribe temporarily and they gave me the warning that I wouldn’t be able to publish with any of my downloads. Extremely disappointed
The music levels were too loud and was barely able to make out what you were talking about during the first half of the video. Almost clicked away. Stayed once the music changed, and gave a like 1/2 way though as that is where I found the most value of your video. Great video editing. Good job. Thank you for sharing.
Is there any service that allows buying only one or two tracks of music to use everywhere? I really don't do videos a lot, so a subscription really does not fit my needs.
Lizzie Peirce made a video a while ago, where she went through all types of music licensing platforms. But I couldn’t find it now Ćause I don’t have the time, but check her out anyway.
I think it’s not a direct comparison as artlist is more of an asset provider and doesn’t directly complement premiere IMO. Lots of people use free tool cap cut for reels and shorts so you can give it a look also if you are unhappy with premiere
Hello, if I am an Artlist Max subscriber, can I record a song with their music and make money selling my song on my site? Am I protected from copyright issues?
I'm looking for a song for a podcast intro theme, but does that mean one I download the song and my subscription ends, I can't use it for future podcast intros, even if at the time of download my subscription was active? It's basically just "renting" the song where I always have to have a subscription?@@travel9to5
`Everything you need to create without limits´ -> Right after subscribing they say 'there is a limit to downloading'. False advertising (and the helpdesk being a bunch of ********) - Please do not use it.
@@travel9to5 Well, you mentioned it; a download limit. Everywhere on their pages and going towards payment it says limitless the entire value chain. Then there is a download limit right away. When signing up, I wanted to use a lot of shots to complete various projects. I was not able to do that. While on a daily basis, it might indeed be OK, but the principle here is false advertising. And the helpdesk team members are - without overreacting - rude and unhelpful.

I found a few options, but they tend to be very expensive
Should I leave premiere pro and just move to Artlist?? i only create youtube shorts and reels

Great content! May I ask your camera setup, it's quite clean!
Thankss! R5 with an amaran 100 as key light and some smaller fill
How do I license a song for a commercial video for the client? so how can they be ensured by having the license? is there any pdf to download?

THIS IS A PAID COMMERCIAL.

I never exceeded the daily download limit (which resets every 24 hours) and I used it for 4 years. Maybe you are overreacting?
