Hi I'm looking at using Audiio for TH-cam videos and maybe more down the line (to do with photography/video stuff). Do I have to download a license each time I want to use a track in a video or does one license cover that track for use in all my channel's videos? It's not very clear on the website. Great video!
I like that your review is honest. So many reviews aim to only touch on the positives and only briefly mention the negatives. Audiio is the WORST!! First, they do the "First year is 60 bucks and we'll go ahead and charge you 200 bucks next year" game. I finally got my subscription cancelled and money refunded. Phew. I was at an editing conference over the summer and audiio was a sponsor. They gave all attendees a free year. Yay! Well, I stocked up on all of the free codes because nobody wanted them. Yay! Well, the thing is they are ALL invalid codes. Audiio strutted in and gave their spiel and handed out their freebies to much fanfare, knowing all along that they were just giving out useless cards that do nothing. They're like a CEO in a Ferrari giving pizza parties instead of actual bonuses and expecting a pat on the back. What a bunch of cheapskates. What's the worst though is that their search feature is terrible. They have an instrument filter. They have instrument of "oohs"...but no horns. I literally can not find a single horn instrumental on their site. They're just bad.
I have the same issue with them, registered for a lifetime plan but somehow found out that the next year I was charged 200$. I don't know for what... Hope to get the refund, not easy to reach them out
@@touranisrael Be cautious with this company - they auto-renew subscriptions without warning and charge much more (in my case, €188 compared to the original €55). They also don’t offer refunds, and canceling the subscription is difficult since it can’t be done through their website. I recommend avoiding them! How you guys got refund ? I want refund too :(
Unfortunately, as an ex-artist on Audio, I can admit that I have never been paid by them. Avoid using their music since the artists are not getting paid.👎

Do not use audiio! I tried and the music catalog is outdated, the UI is slow and often broken, the filters and search is not user friendly. And the worst part is that their membership tactics are predatory. Good luck cancelling the membership, it's hard. You get no notification before auto renewal and then they refuse to help you if you forget. Don't get burned as I did, stay away, there are better services out there.
Even if you've canceled your membership via email, as long as they have your credit card details, they'll keep charging you every year. Read the reviews about this audio service-many people mention the same issue. I had to change my credit card just to make sure they wouldn’t do it again.
@ Unfortunately, we can't get a refund because it's an American company. I already contacted the EU consumer protection agency, and this was their response.

Using Audiio proved troublesome; all my videos were flagged, including older ones. Unlike other services, I was unaware of the auto-renewal and was charged $200 without notice. Despite thinking I'd turned off auto-renewal, I received no email alert. Their no-refund policy and subpar AI feature make the company seem dubious.
Audiio is a scam company! Avoid at all cost! Try to end your licens… good luck!they also store your card information without you agreeing and renew your licens without you knowing, and dont pay you back! You need to delete this video man and talk about this
That’s what happens when you change channel theme instead of starting a new one. I had a video about a totally different topic go viral a while back which resulted in a lot of subs that have no interest in video production 🤷♂️

Luckily if you don’t get notified on Germany (maybe EU) that’s illegal. So you’d definitely get your money back.
