Hello it's memorial Day at 1:30 in the afternoon I have a problem with my firestick when I turn to a channel it will tell me what's on but actually it's not what's on it's something else is there something I can do to fix that and when I ask for weather with Alexa it gives me Celsius which is the wrong weather how can I fix that

I have a question for you I have a fire stick I have had it since 2018 and I was watching it a couple of nights ago and I paused it for a minute came back in to start watching it again and it said that I lost internet connection and I tried unplugging it and it still doesn't work and my remote won't work either. Do you know what I should try doing to get it working again.
I have Amazon FireStick 4K (3 of them around the house) and want to know how I can see an episode of a major network tv show that I missed. My cable provider stopped cable and if you wanted to stay with them you had to go to streaming. Costly. I have older TV and an older Bose receiver and speakers that now I can't use with HDMI, so I'm going to have to buy a newer TV and receiver to handle everything. This video was great so I did the things you recommended. I've only had AMZ Firestick for about 10 days.

Did you unplug from the tv or the wall outlet? Tv is just video. Unplug from wall for 60 seconds minimum and back in

Yes, all fire edition. But keep in mind the tv edition has some cool features that a regular stick doesn't have

Have you tried sterlingtvofficial.com? They have a free trial. They have on demand available as well as live tv. I would give it a go.

Yes, this is a fairly easy fix. Have you unplugged your stick from the tv AND wall out let for 60 seconds? Then plugged it back in?
