The annual tradition continues. Lofty Pursuits set up to make candy canes on the streets of Tallahassee, Florida with their portable candy making rig. You can get our candy canes at www.pd.net

LOL And if you’re really curious I’m sure there’s a way to “google” that question and you’ll have step by step videos and more recipes than you can make in a lifetime. So he’s not going to waste his time telling you when the information is so easily obtainable.

I need to be studying for a history final but instead I'm watching a historical candy-making channel. That sorta counts right? X)
On another note, can they see what you're doing? It looks like you're sorta elevated above the audience and the table's tilted away from them. Or does it just look that way because of the camera angle
You can see the cooling table too well, but you can see the rest. It's mostly a safty issue. Little kids see Candy and do not understand the dangers of the heat. Better to sacrifice some of the view in exchange for safety.

It looks like most people in person (especially the kids) don't quite have the viewpoint you've given us on TH-cam. Give them a birds eye view by hanging a large angled mirror above the workstation so they can more easily see what you're doing. Oh and don't forget the diabetics out there, treat them to some low carb/sugar free options if you can!
on your website in the description for some of the image candy it says 5oz bag, but the only option to choose from is a 2.75 oz bag. why is that?

so I want to try my hand at making a small batch of image candy just for fun. When the sugar is in the pot before or during heating is their any chemicals I would need to add to act as binding or do I just let the sugar heat up then pour?
