The guy that delivered my pizza a couple of days ago said he was leaving the state just because he has kids and he didn't want them to have to deal with the storm. It IS relaxing watching you, but I almost wish I was a candy maker because I can tell it would be totally relaxing to make too. The process itself, the rolling, and the creating, the cutting etc, all seem to have the same relaxing effect of bread making....thank you fprnsharing not only the candy making, but also the fun facts you include, and machines you have acquired along the way. Your voice and cadence share all of it in an interest piquing way...love your channel, and thank you.
I've been watching these videos sense I was very young wanting to have a taste of the candies and just yesterday my prayers were answered and I ordered 5 bags, can't wait to try them. I've never been so exited to get something in the mail in my life

Thank you for explaining the difference in boiling temps, etc. I’ve never heard that before! I had to rewind the video three times in order to really listen and grasp all you were saying. It was very interesting and I would have never, ever guessed this could be the cause of issues while making certain foods. Love your videos!
