I have been to one of their temples in China. These boys grow up to be gentle giants. I remember we went to this mountain where they have a temple in its peak. The young man who guarded the final door to the temple. He looked like he would turn us to dust with just a hand gesture. So strong and disciplined.
Many muslim are been killed by them. Why should we go to China?

But he has to control the heart rate to reduce his need to breathe deeper & slower, more efficiently! OUTSTANDING! It’s more likely to see an aged Master to perform at this level! It’s a gift to see this in one so young! So focused & committed to the task! Truly MIND OVER MATTER!!! Терпеть не могу проф.спорт и вот такое,я не против того,чтобы человек бегал,прыгал,играл в разные игры,но только для себя и в свое удовольствие,что может принести обществу человек,который через боль может завиваться кольцом,но не знает элементарного,это все показуха,спортсмены гробят себя ради наград,то есть ради денег,ну поставил он рекорд в беге и что в мире изменилось? Лучше бы учились ,профессию приобретали,а то по молодости прыгают,а потом лечат свои болячки,что они там доказывают и кому все это надо? А поговорите с этим смортсменом,зачастую двух слов не может связать,не знает самого элементарного,зачастую ума меньше,чем у 5 летнего ребенка.

You say discipline,correct in the sense that they have to bear all the hardship to be a Shaolin Monk. Have you ever tried standing on one leg for hours? Are you Chinese if you are you should know better. I am Malaysian I grew up watching Chinese movies and have so many Chinese friends. They too agree that the training is strenuous . Sometimes,when I see this videos,it makes me think:poor kids,but then I think:their teachers also been through this training & I see them doing well up to their age & are also very wise. And they’re also supervising this kids while training to be strong men like them one day.
