In my younger years I sailed as a marine engineer, before Teflon tape we used pipe dope and hemp for threaded connections.
And you know what, I still use pipe dope but now with Teflon tape, never a leak.

Nie dokońca to dobra rada, bo można spotkać rurę z gwintem lewym. A wtedy właśnie nakręcamy taśmę teflonową jak na początku filmu. Poprawnie by było że taśmę owijamy w zależności od rodzaju gwintu.

Para comenzar, no se coloca teflón en caños de PVC, es inútil. Se usa en conexiones metálicas. El resto está bien, son buenos consejos. Saludos.

The first mistake is to use teflon. There are a lot af better seal products that never leaks.

El teflón no es para instalación de agua sino para colocar artefactos de gas para agua se debe usar selladores y cáñamo. Soy plomero y gasista, saludos desde Argentina.
