I feel like I have no words. I am in awe of all the kids' maturity. Elijah is more than a new adult. He is a man of good character and leadership through and through. Despite all the setbacks and disappointment, after travelling through various modes of transporation, he remained grateful to the airline for the vouchers, to the fast food worker whose patience he expressed appreciation for, to coordinating new flights, and remaining helpful with getting snacks for the group. And we also never heard a single complaint from the other four. To think that Anna and Chloe are only 12 and 10 years old. I don't know of any adult (including myself) who would not be beyond frustrated with all these cancellations at all hours of the night. God bless them all. They are an example to all of us.💙💛💚💜💗🙏

I was absolutely glued and in awe of Elijah’s leadership and all of the children’s patience and endurance… this should be an example to the world of how to raise loving, caring, considerate, long suffering, thoughtful, problem solving, mature children… by my calculations Elijah is 18, Naomi is 16, Noah is 14, Anna is 12 and Chloe is 10, let that sink in… unbelievable, a lot of adults couldn’t have handled what those kids endured not to mention all the walking then to make matters worse at wee hours in the morning and all nighters. Your parents should be proud.
Elijah did amazing! He was under so much pressure and he handled everything. It't wasn't easy with all the drama of delayed flights, but he kept going and kept his jounger siblings together and safe. So grateful that God kept giving him the strength to rise to each new challenge!
