For part 2 I would love to see Brock turned into a Pokémon, but specifically the anime’s interpretation of Brock as opposed to his in-game counterpart.

@@NitroIndigo It almost seemed more like the truth when Pheramosa and Xurkitree were revealed who looked like Lusamine and Guzma respectively. At least there is an in-game reason why Lillie's clothes do resemble Nihilego, but as for the others it's a mystery.

I definitely want the last two to evolve, showing both their completed journeys. One realizing that she never needed to worry cause she can get a true friend and find her true strength even if her own path (friend to Mc and being gym leader differently then her brother) then the monstrous turn of the sweet cow.
These are all awesome but I still cannot unsee Mislady as a chibi Marnie. Something about the design just kind of translated it to being that way to me. Either way I'd definitely have the Kiren pokemon on my team if it was a thing!

Honestly, I think the Kieran one being so strongly animal rather than humanoid was a good choice. Correspondingly, I think for Marnie I might have started with a rat-like Pokemon as the basis. Rats are common in cities, they're seen as dangerous, unclean, or otherwise "edgy" but in reality they're smart, highly social, fastidious with personal cleanliness, etc. and make excellent companions. THEN the Marnie traits could be gradually mapped onto it. I like the angle of making the coat frills resemble skeletal markings, and think that could be leaned into more just a bit as well. Making her hairline into a crown-like crest was a good idea, and on a rodent Pokemon with similar "attracts many unwanted admirers" lore, it could build up a kind of Rat King (Queen) persona.

Agreed, I'd say devonair is my favourite (but then again Steven is my favourite champ so I may be biased) however mislady is also incredibly well designed and the fact that it looks "antagonistic but are shy" as Ron says is perfect since some of us probably thought Marnie was going to be a villain when we first saw her

She is, though I kinda viewed her more as a fluffy, tall alpaca/llama with horns rather than antelope 😂. Still love the design though!

Turning trainers into pokemon is such a fun idea! I think Ryuki would make a great pokemon design! He already looks like he’s cosplay some kind of dragon (and if i may, he even looks a little bit like Koraidon)

Awesome idea, I don't think I've ever heard anyone wanting to make the Pokemon human characters into actual Pokemon, love the channel!
Definitely want to see more of this series. As for future character candidates, Leon for one, but mainly my bias goes to Cynthia. Also, related idea consideration: why not try drawing Poke'tubers as Poke'mon??

Flannery would be a cool one. Her redesign for OR/AS really gave her some added flair that could be incorporated into a pokemon design. Her kinda clumsy way of showing that she is formidable despite being new as a gym leader has always seemed charming and made her more interesting than some of the other gym leaders of Hoenn.
Alternatively, as a challenge, maybe try making the Cilan, Chili, and Cress into a three-headed hydra pokemon.
Oh, I like this idea a great deal! I could easily see designs for some of the stranger trainers in the games such as Colress, the A.I. Professors, the Ultra Recon Squad (more UBs, babyyyy-), and more. I'd love to see more!
These are so cool! I’d love to see you go way classic and turn Red into a Pokémon. I feel like he’s got a great storyline for a Pokémon, with him growing to champion, ascending to mt Silver in solitude, and then later returning to society in Alola. Feels like a 3 stage Mon to me! Would even be fun if Blue became a complimentary or rival pokemon. Maybe rival in prevo to companions in final evos?
On an aside note, I need a Kowlp, pronto!
I've been waiting to comment this on these "turning ___ into Pokémon" videos. I don't know if in a fan of 99% of these designs being humanoid. Kowlp is very well implemented. But Mislady is literally just Marnie.

I definitely want to see Misty made into a Pokemon, especially one that takes on her personality in the anime: Sweet and pleasant one minute, but very easily angered. Perfect for a new Water/Fire type.
I don't think you should've made them humanoid, especially the Elesa one would've worked better as an actual four-legged antilope
You really captured the main features and ideas of the characters :] I'd love to see Looker, Ramos or the Subway bros in a later episode.

This in itself would be a good series! Flint, Lt. Surge, Koga, Clay, Clair, Wallace, Drayden/Iris (think Drayden would be easier than Iris so Iris as a dragon type would be interesting) and of course, Larry
I love Devonair! Maybe Mislady may have worked a tiny bit better had you leaned into a more cat/feline theme, seeing as Marnie is very 'cat like' in her personality-somewhat aloof, but very friendly when you get to know her true self, and absolutely HATES it when people crowd her too much. A creature that needs alone time, but doesn't mind spending that 'alone time' hanging out with people it cares for. I may create a version of Mislady with more cat humanoid traits myself, though I love the name! I wonder if it'd have an evolution that's misfortune, or something akin to that? Could be fun to do a mischief-misleading-misfortune theme with the names.

I imagine the fandom would be very happy if you made a Larry pokemon 🤣. Personally I would love to see Rika as a Pokemon! I also love the design of Adaman from Arceus and Jacq from Scarlet/Violet. They have similar vibes in their design I think. I like a lot of the teachers from the Scarlet/Violet academy too. The big tough looking guy who does the food lessons and especially the art teacher/elite four dragon trainer. Artist dragon pokemon?! Sign me the heck up 🤣🤣. Maybe you could do Team Rocket as like a plusle and minon kinda duo pokemon! Or one of the professors! I love Kukui! He could have his masked royale mask as part of the design. Or classic professor oak as like...a legendary all knowing pokemon 🤣
The eventual Nessa Pokemon is going to be TOO good 😅

Very fun. Would love to see more of this! Maybe one of the villains? Ghetsis would prbably make an awesome pokemon considering how crazy his coat is.
His coat is already based on Cofagregious so it would be interesting to see it move away from that as well.

This is such a fun challenge!! Other trainers that could be fun are Nessa with her cool hair, Marlon with his unusual tan, and Tate and Liza as a set of partner Pokémon similar to Plusle and Minun, or Volbeat and Illumise.

I'd just say Kowlp is a bit too short bodied, it makes it look a bit weird, other than that, amazing designs and amazing video !

I love this so far! I'd adore seeing Sabrina(as long as it's a Kanto design), Morty, or Grimsley as Pokémon!
Man these are good! I can see pre-evolved forms for Stylectric and Devonair while seeing evolved forms for Mislady and Kowlp, but now I want to see a pokemon form of Elesa in her first design with a similar face to Mislady's but with bigger eyes and blue colored (I love her first appearance better than her Black and White 2 version). Kolwp will definitely be big and tough and powerful when it evolves I can tell just by looking at it (I haven't played the Teal Mask DLC yet so I'm not sure of the plot just yet). Mislady is the cutest of the four and I would have her on my team for Sword and Shield if she were real! Steve is one of my favorite champions alongside Cynthia, Diantha and Leon, can't wait to see what their pokemon forms will be like when part 2 comes out; also want to see Misty, Brock, Erika, Flannery, Iris, Volkner, Korinna, Raihan, and everyone else for that matter, even the trainers/players and other rivals and the evil teams and certain side characters.
I love this already!
My suggestions for the next set of characters are:

- Korrina
- Penny
- Cheryl
Penny could basically be a new eeveelution that combines all the other eeveelutions considering she likes them so much, or maybe a seperate pokemon that looks like eevee 🤔

For Elesa, give me the singer in Zootopia vibes. For Steven, looks like someone that works at Bigweld Industries in Robots. For Marnie, looks a bit like she's from Hazbin Hotel but, she also looks like Dot in Animaniacs because of the dress/skirt lol. And for Kieran, looks like it can be a Halloween Kau in Neopet. Love all of them. Can't wait to see some more. I would like to see Blaine, Claire, Cynthia and one of the Frontier Brain Darach would be so cool to see.
If you're looking for more ideas for new design videos, I'd love to see a "Toxic Chain" focused video, where you take weak Pokémon, and grant their wishes while adding the Poison type and incorporating the Chain into the design somewhere.

This was a really cool video idea. Maybe you could do warden ingo. For some reason he reminds me of a flying fox or fruit bat. I thought of a little dex entry for it. "Despite this pokemon's intimidating appearance, it's a kind pokemon and will lead lost travelers to safety. It lives in dark caves."
I wouldn't use Devonair because I hate Steven Stone. He's a jerk who does everything his monster of a father asks him to do, even if he knows that Devon Corp. is actively harming Pokémon by draining their Life Force to power their creations (as revealed in the Delta Episode).
In fact, since Devonair is created by Devon Corp, it's probably powered by Pokémon Life Force itself, which gives me one more reason not to use it. This thing is yet another abomination created by humans thinking they're gods. I know it's not canon, but it could very well be.

Can you try Lies of P characters as Pokemon? I mean, a regional variant of Banette might be based of Pinocchio (Very obvious. But with a taste of Fairy and Steel). The Fairy part reflects the Blue Fairy brings Pinocchio to life for a father's grand wish. As for the Steel type..... Well, the entire idea of Lies of P is more of a mechanical gloomy version of London filled with steampunk enemies

Ok ok ok so I know this has probably been said a hundred times already, but Red and Blue.
You can make them have a sorta ‘eternal rivals’ relationship, but more friendly. You can also make them Psuedo-Legendaries, or even full on Legendaries! If you wanted to give them an evo line, you can make it so that the first first evos are sworn enemies, but as they evolve, they get more and more friendly, more fighting to test each other’s abilities!
If you did legendaries and wanted a trio on the other hand… Leaf can act as a mediator/referee for the two legendaries if their battles get too crazy or if things get heated-
Stylectric gives me Gazelle from Zootopia vibes (both characters are based off antelopes and fashion models)
I liked Kowlp’s design the best and would love an evolution for him
I love this idea! If I may make a suggestion should you decide to make another video, I’d like to see you do Ingo and Emmet! They could either be a joint pokémon like tandemaus or falinks, or be one pokémon that has different forms, like oricorio or lycanroc!
Really great designs, Ron. Devonair is my favorite. I'd love to see more of these and my top pick for a candidate is Sabrina. More so her old school red and navy outfit but if you could incorporate her cuffs from her HGSS outfit I wouldn't be mad lol.
Edit: Actually, all her outfits are dope so since she has a bunch to take inspiration from across all her iterations (anime, manga, and games) you could put a bunch of them together in some way.
Please do a part 2 with someone like Cynthia or the one fairy type gym leader I can't remember the name of but she looks like a real fairy

You have to do this again! You know what I just came up with? A tiny little Bug/Psychic butterfly Pokemon based on Bugsy, but it's actually a pseudo legend with access to Sleep Powder/Quiver Dance, or a future Paradox Rattata based on Youngster Joey?
In my opinion, Kowlp's body is too short. It would look so much better if it was longer.

Uuuh, you do realize that Ogerpon clearly is an Oni (the horns, the masks...), but they translated it to Ogre for some reason, even though they did make it live on Oni Mountain and made Kieran mention Kaijus when seeing Koraidon/Miraidon. Probably one of the stupidest translation of recent video games.

1: I think Iono would be a cool idea for a split evo of Magnemite, or as a regional variant.
2. Kahili for sure! (I think I spelled that wrong) I think a Pokemon based on golfing would be amazing and adding her personally would be super fun!
Definitely biased for wanting her, with her being my favorite character, but Nemona would be great for this. A Fighting type that is just a bit too eager and powerful for their fellow Pokemon to want to get close to

Kowlp is absolutely amazing IMO, but Mislady doesn't work at all for me, it looks too much like just a Chibi Marnie, at least IMO.
I think the last design definitely worked the best, as far as following the prompt. Maybe that's just because I liked that it wasn't humanoid though ^^'

It’d be interesting to do This Idea to at least One of The DexHolders from Pokemon Special manga with the theme of Their Pokemon Form having Characteristics based on OR related to Their respective Gift/Ability which led to Prof. Oak giving each a "Special Skill Title". Examples like:
Yellow, “The Healer”. As a native of Viridian Forest, She gained special abilities including Healing with Her touch💖 which could make Her A Grass🍃 & Fairy🧚♀️-type who ALSO knows Psychic moves🔮;
Ruby & Sapphire: Ruby “The Charmer”, whether Contests OR Battles, The Guy always prioritizes charm🏵️ who is paired with Sapphire “The Conqueror”, A Wild Girl Who is always mastering whatever she quests for⛳️ Could work as A Male Fairy🧚♀️ & Fighting-Type Female🥊 Mon Pair which is opposite to Gardevoir & Gallade coincedently AND ironically; OR even…
Black2: “The Arrester”. He’s Inspector Rank in the International Police👮 SO Maybe He could be A Police Dog🐶 Mon OR a creature that would fit being a companion helper for The Police OR even a RoboCop reference🤖?
Note: Now that I think about it, This could be a good Idea to implement IF trying to turn Pokemon Protagonists into Pokemon since most are a clean slate before Pokemon Masters
I like the idea to transform pokemon characters into pokemon. I have idea for a part 2, you could do Bea, the fighting type gym leader from Galar region because i really want to see how that might work.
I'm not gonna lie but with kowlp you could do a split evolution Ron. It could work with how close to it's trainer (or if wild other Pokemon) is or using an evolution stone depending on what time of day it is.
