FUN FACT: there was a version of the THX trailer that got recalled from theaters for blowing out movie theater speakers... which is ironic because THX is the company that oversees inspection and certification of cinema sound systems TO MAKE SURE THAT EXACT THING DOESN'T HAPPEN.
I didn’t know that was what THX was for I just thought it was a production studio

George Lucas founded THX after the theater he and Ben Burtt rented to check the sound mix for Return Of The Jedi had a broken speaker setup. THX created a set of audio guidelines, and Lucas didn't let theaters get a copy of ROTJ in 70mm (Surround Sound) unless they followed those and get THX certified. Theaters would also get a THX Deep Note trailer for bragging rights.
they eventually branched out into certifying stuff like home video releases and consumer stereo gear, and then they got bought by razer

My brother was in such a high school that they treated him almost like a prisoner and the teachers were strict and ect.
But I'm lucky enough to have a high school where we have passionate teachers, pretty chill rules, and it's great overall. Just few annoying classmates but it's an amazing school
