Hey there, science side of TH-cam here. In my opinion, the reason that the Koopa at 4:32 goes so well with that particular song is the innocence that is involved. So many people grew up playing SM64. It is a heavily nostalgic game for many people. So, with the addition of the cheery voice saying "it would be so awesome", we immediately associate the two together, making a video that we smile at.
