Edit 2: i recieved a question on why on a 3ds and not a ds/ds lite, all i can respond with is… i’d have to get a flash cart then proceed to download the video and run it from the flash cart, oh and the ds only supports up to 144p while the 3ds goes up to 360p, but yeah TLDR; was too lasy to set up a flash cart to play an mp4 video and it was much easier to just homebrew my 3ds
