The homosexual laws , like most others laws in kenya were established by the European colonialist after deeming our previous waybof life as primitive. Its ironic that they are now the same people condemning kenya and other African countries for having these laws and calling us primitive again. Its time they left Africans to make their own changes at their own pace .

Being homosexual is not illegal in Kenya. There are many Kenyans who are homosexual. What's illegal is homosexual sex. It's a law that is a vestige of the colonial English laws that were never repealed. The law is however never enforced. I'm yet to hear of a case where someone was charged for being gay. It never happens. There's no Kenyan who has had to go through what Alan Turing went through in England. If there is, someone please let me know. So why is it still in our books? To make a point that it's not our culture. Simple as that. No one is going around the streets hunting for homosexuals. After all Kenya isn't Afghanistan. Cheers!

Why is Kenya behind? It is a Christian country. If you go to other countries in the middle east, even walking and behaving like you do in the video, you will get arrested for a long time and serving a huge penalty if you lucky, othervise could be capital punishment.I do not mind your video, but do not judge with lack of knowledge please.
