Interviews are the last stage in the selection process for any job in Public Sector PSU like IOCL, ONGC, BPCL, GAIL, SAIL, NFL, NMDC, NPCIL, HPCL, NTPC, BHEL or in government sector such as ISRO, BARC, DRDO etc

But sir I found sometimes in your GT round candidates start shouting together and no one can understand what other person is saying. Should we do that?
Simple they don't want to hire anymore employees, rest of the candidates who got selected just because HPCL wants to follow the protocol.
