Well... This only includes countries which launched satellites on their homegrown rockets. Lithuania don't have their own rockets, that's the reason why that country didn't appear in this video

Sorry... but once you have ICBMs, you'll definitely wants your missiles to go to the orbit. I realize it after years I follow various countries' space programs. Only few of these weren't use the military missile technology.
