You need to add a side separator to the top and make sure no part of the rover is touching the back shield. Also, do NOT stage the fairings on the back shield. Instead stage the side separator and make the force on it 160 kn. That should fix you problem
One day I made a robot like that but I didn't secure it properly in the capsule and when I accelerated time it fell out of the capsule and I didn't notice until it landed.

I think not, me who has built over 25 rockets by watching the tutorials, I have learned and developed vectaverse level skills. And all I created by my SELF, really is a mix of the N1 and Saturn V, Vostok, Saturn IB, falcon X, a custom SpaceX space station, custom blue origin space plane, red dragon, and more. And even a custom aero spike engine lander using a falcon heavy.

Doing a sample return mission is really complicated, especially the ascent rocket, but in this mission everything worked, perfect!!
