Don’t let those negative comments get to you. People who leave hurtful messages clearly have their own issues, and it says more about them than it does about you. You’re such a lovely soul, and I love how transparent and real you are on your channel. I have no doubt you’re going to crush your goals! The steps you’re already taking to make healthier changes show that you’re already kicking ass! Keep going, you’ve got this!❤❤

    You got this! There will be good days and bad days but keep going. Consistency is key, even if progress is minimal... I did IF for a year and still doing it and have lost over 35kg alhamdulillah but i eat everything ( in moderation) and if i have a bad day or even a bad week, I put it to bed and carry on... Tomorrow is a new day. And i agree with other comments about not weighing yourself... I also didn't weigh myself for almost a whole year coz i know ill get fixated on the numbers and ill self sabotage if the scales don't move. So my advise is make small changes, dont over restrict or deprive yourself, that way it's easy to stick to and keep off the scales for now, instead judge your progress from your clothes. You got this❤

    Salaams. You can do this Maria, don’t let the negative comments get to you. Intermittent fasting works 100%. Maybe do a calorie deficit to jump start the system again. Have you tried apple cider in hot water in the morning? That helps with metabolism too. (Tastes gross but works)😊 good luck and don’t give up

    Literally don’t give up!! The weight machines are soooo unreliable! I also felt that way but then saw all of sudden dropped like 5lbs. Maybe also they cumin tea first thing in the morning? Spearmint tea also helps with pcos!

    Hi Maria, the comment I made was not to hurt you. I was plus size all my life. I tried 100’s of diet plan and methods but nothing worked. I’ve been in your shoes. I had to get a weight loss surgery to get my life back together. What you are doing is brave, I was never successful. I have been through it which is why I’m saying that food choices matter if you want to lose weight. I used to eat well all week and break my diet on the weekend and I was never able to lose weight. Any lost weight would come back. Wish you the best .

    Maria, nothing great comes without hardwork and consistency. Easy option is giving up. Success is to keep going. Small progress is better then no progress.

    Salaams again Maria, I was worried people's mean comments would follow and I'm so sad that people feel the need to be that way! All we can do is make Dua for them to be granted Hidayat and softness... I'm so pleased you found my comment helpful, I also have cortisol issues and not PCOS but endometriosis. Food is fuel and I can't believe people are telling you to eat once a day or cut so many things out. We should enjoy everything, there are ways around it so we don't feel restricted but also don't harm our health. It's all connected and impacts us all differently as you rightly said. The best dieticians will tell us not to cut things out, and I follow a few! Exercise is another step and it isn't for others to judge you, I know how hard it is to try and exercise when you have health conditions and hormone imbalances to consider.. Allah SWT bless you and make it easy for you, Ameen 🤲🏽💐

    Mine was pregnancy weight. Im diabetic, on 2 antidepressants and im anaemic so i totally understand you. Sorry u felt this way about my comment, i do have BED as well, obesity bloomed during preg, but ive finally learn it. InshAllah you will get there, anyways keep going ❤

      There's side affects to those and they don't work ones ur off the injections. In terms of the surgery its not about reducing the stomach, its more psychological issues, trauma maybe, u have to have therapy first.

    I love watching your videos i have pcos for many years I have always been on a waight loss journey but found low carbon to be the best option and jawar atta as a supplement for roti I hope this helps

    Reduce sugar and carbs. If you think you may have hormonal issues, go low carb, reduce sugar, and eat things that are low glycemic.

    Don’t give up , sometimes you don’t lose any weight but your still reducing inside but you can tell, everything with salad or vegetables and walking

    9 pounds is amazing, ive lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks. I weigh myself once every 6 weeks because weight fluctuates on a weekly basis and i didnt want to get demotivated.

    Dont lose hope, you will find what works for you in sha allah, i have piled on the weight since i had my gallbladder removed,, seven kids didnt help neither does my workplace puddings🙈, ive fot to the point where i really feel, you only live once so enjoy it,, its whats on the inside that counts not the outside, but i do underdtand where tour coming from,, maybe go for walks each day and build the distance and speed,, however you do it, good luck but dont ever think your not enough just because your not skinny,, skinny is not everything, health and happiness Is,
