Yes definitely, let say you are approaching a bend and while under braking you rear end pop up, like a stopie, upon landing if u are using high ebs setting it will upset your rear end and end up crashing.
Log in, go to time trial, u will then see riding aids, click on it, change physics simulation level to normal, the auto brake option will then be available to change.
