This show was a huge part of my childhood, and partially a reason for how I got into some of the more creepier monsters in fiction. Thank you Kingnusmi for making a video on a beloved movie/series.
I love the concept of "monsters who secretly live among us and plot to take over the town". Because, assuming there isn't always someone around to see it, the monsters (vampires, ghosts, whatever) have surely taken over some towns. So you could just roll into a random town that's entirely inhabited by vampires, who don't necessarily hide it since everyone in town knows.
“She’s the girl next doooor” I absolutely LOVED the show, it definitely deserved a lot more attraction than it got. I was so devastated when they did make anymore seasons but thankfully rewatching is a thing. Just sucks we don’t get to know or never got to see a proper end to it.
Mighty Med got axed to crossover with Lab Rats but that crossover killed both shows Mighty Meds last scene was one the main characters mothers going super powerful evil while another characters dad gets yeeted away as his child runs after him WTF

I wouldn't mind if someone would reveal why the show got cancelled. On the other hand, I say it got terminated at the best possible story-point, making it a very daring show, where ultimately the bad guys won. Kinda-sorta.
I loved this show sm especially the banger opening. Like the amount of times I’ve watched the show is insane and a shame it left on a cliffhanger. My favorite episode was when the Katy Perry knockoff was introduced aka the doll episode. As a kid I swore that was Katy Perry💀. Great characters going on entertaining missions to stop the paranormal.
You might enjoy the movie Liar, Liar Vampire. It's a teen comedy that aired on Nickelodeon (I think) several years ago. It's about a boy that his family has moved to a new town and he doesn't really fit in at his new school. Some misunderstandings happen and some of the girls start believing he's a vampire, with sparkly skin and other things from the Twilight series. So, he decides to start acting like one and becomes pretty popular in the process. I don't really want to spoil everything but, I think it would make a good video if you decide to watch it.
I think I understand why they would cancel the show. When I watched it as a kid, the last couple episodes gave me actual panic attacks from how scary I thought it was 😂. The sfx makeup team was TOO good
I remember my fiancé pointing this movie out on, I think, Netflix and he had the NERVE to say “this looks ass.” And I had to tell him to put some respect on MBaV, because it’s so good! This movie has such a special place in my heart!
3:13 it’s really funny that they called it “Dusk” bc if anyone else remembers the YTV skit show That’s So Weird, they also named their Twilight parody skit “Dusk”
@@kingnusmi I was probably like around 7 and already traumatized from chucky at the age of 4 (goosebumps and haunting hour doll episodes did NOT help) and I think it was the lightning from the Dusk film clip that scared me and I had to walk out the room until the next scene was there.. then I forgot the rest of the film
My wife and I started watching the show with my son a few years ago when he was younger. We really enjoyed watching it with him. Thats was until it was canceled by Netflix like it does every other good show it has on there. Yet keep the shows no one watches. I don’t start a show on any streaming platform that are already over with because I hate more then anything is to start a show, get really into wait a year plus for the next season to come out just to find out they cancelled it after 1 season. Netflix is so famous for this and pisses me off.
this show was actually a Disney channel show and it got cancelled after 2 seasons for no reason really :( its very sad, but I do agree with you Netflix cancels EVERY good show to give us some slop no one cares about

Great video :) This show was a favorite of mine. Side note- i’m always so happy to see the inconsistencies and plot-holes in older movies and shows be pointed out as actual issues. I felt so crazy when i was younger when everyone else was fine with things like the vampires being totally ok in the sunlight but then also getting hurt by the lightsabers.

oh my God I completely forgot about this show. I used to watch it when it was originally airing in Canada I always wondered what happened to it. I remember the one episode where the werewolf turned out to just be a dog, and the other guy turned out to be the real werewolf, pretty cool was always fun to watch on Halloween as a kid
Loved this and the show but I'm still bitter that the show ended on a cliffhanger. Also probably the most frustrating cliffhanger to end on "Everyone's dead. The end"
