Sweetheart you cut too much of the potato off! LOL!!! Start putting the rest in the food processer and make hash browns. Wash them and freeze them for later. Also can be added to soups and stews! Just fyi!

I have explained this to my husband so many times about being able to use the restroom in peace and being able to be a person in the morning instead of diving straight into mommy mode is so helpful for my day and as you stated once things start happening it gets chaotic in your mind! 😅 thanks for sharing that.
