The first project, Villa LOHA, is a 600-square-meter residential house located on a 4,500-square-meter plot near Marrakech, Morocco, with views of the Atlas Mountains. Designed by E-H Atelier d'Architectures, the house features large stone walls for privacy and protection while incorporating modern design elements. Elevated on a 60 cm plinth, the villa offers an expansive view of the surrounding landscape, with an 80-square-meter reception room acting as the focal point. The interior, curated by Retro Labo, blends natural materials like wood and stone, creating a warm, harmonious atmosphere. The design prioritizes privacy, comfort, and integration with nature.
