Second: He only beat The Autobots in the first fight because after the war on Cybertron They were injured and low on energon= Strength>low Agility>low feats>low Also Scourge is Just a random herald of unicron just like in G1. He’s nothing compared to Any of the original Decepticons.
I understand if Scourge can 1v1 them but we r talking about a 3v1. The strongest herald of unicron powered by dark energon vs 3 of the decepticons highest war and combat lieutenants I mean like Soundwave can literally create sonar waves that can easily disrupt Scourge and dont even mention if Shockwave manages to land a head shot on scourge with his Astro blaster. Starscream really wouldnt stand a chance alone but with the 2 brawling the hell out of scourge, starscream can be a very dirty air supporter
