Thank you to all who took time out from their busy schedule to check out the interview. It was an honor to share my story and thank you to Teerah for choosing me to kick off the show. There are so many stories from so many ppl. Let’s make a difference with what we have to give our young ones a better place… stay blessed!
This is wild bro! Before watching the video due to your last name I was wondering to myself if you were related to Chino or Tiny. Then sure enough when you’ve mentioned their name that’s when I put 2 and 2 together and this is their brother Capone they’ve talked about. 🤣 Me and your older brother Chino use to chill together because we stay in the same apartment complex up in Fresno. I only met your little brother Tiny briefly because that time he just got out. Glad to hear your story brother. Keep pushing and doing positive things bro. Just want to give you a shot our
That testimony speaks volume I hope everyone gets to hear it. And a youth that is lost can hear this message. its dope to hear you mention NC. I pray you continue to carry out the will you were destine with. Peace and Blessing brother.
@johnnyphay1226…Yessir brotha! Life is short however, it is also a great blessing to have a second chance to live. Whether we did time or not… to have a second chance cus we’re all susceptible to falling off. Some of us just fell a little deeper
Damn bro, I went into this just listening to it as background noise while I am working. But this was deep. As former criminals, when we realize how many times we could have died and how lucky we got with the court system, we have to always remind ourselves to pass this info to our children and the younger generation. I tell me kids all the time about my struggles and what I went through to get to where I am at today, and I constantly remind them that they have what they have from hard work and making the right decision to turn my life around. As a youth Asian male, there is no middle ground. You are either a square or you're with the business. You grew up in the 80's, I grew up in the 90's but the cycle was still the same because us Asians havent come along yet. Now we are in the 2020's and the majority of Asians are in a better place, and most of the kids don't have the same struggle that we used to have. Gangbanging was a rite of passage basically for Asian youths during the 80's-90s.....now it's a choice-which makes it even more worse and dangerous. This message needs to be spread. There's no need to be banging anymore. We were gangbanging out of poverty back in the day, it ain't like that no more. So by the youth today doing it by choice, that's taking 10 steps backwards. It's all fun and games until the judge tells the bailiff to bring you back to your cell. Then it's too late.
Capone ❤ love this bro!! You are a strong positive role model for our API community and I am proud to call you MY brother. You the hardest working man who never quits and has big dreams! I wish you the very best big brother. Much alofa!
I can see the potential of this guy, great interview! Some tips: make sure everyone stays close to the Mic and the camera was getting blurry sometimes(I think it was from Capone moving and leaning). Great to see this man was humble and remorseful for his actions as a young man! I appreciated hearing his life story!
