We need to see a good ol' fashioned father and son arm wrestling match one of these days. Scott senior looks like he's been lifting since he was in the womb
Man, when i was like 13 yrs i had a honda rebel, those little bikes are tougher than you think. We rode it down miles and miles of dirt road, trails in the woods, mudholes and everything in between. This video brought back some awesome memories for me. Thanks for letting me relive my childhood a little bit lol
Everytime I see your dad with you enjoying life it really makes me sad that I don't have that kind of relationship with my father. But I turn around and get happy to see you two enjoying life together just having fun! I want more Scott senior on some of your shows.
Writing this comment before I even watch the video. Gotta say out of all the videos on TH-cam when I see Scott upload i automatically get happy. Thank you for that brother.
Love it! Both of you guys have such good attitudes and just enjoyable people to watch do anything. Like you said this channel is for fun and I couldn’t be happier to see you and your dad just enjoying time together.
As a father of 2 sons, I have to ask. How does your dad still look so young after raising a he'll raiser like you. He just watches you now and smiles. He's wondering how you've made it this far alive. 😀
I love the relationship you and your dad have it reminds me of the relationship I had with my dad I unfortunately lost him along with my mom and grgrandmother in the 2012 westliberty Ky tornado so cherish every priceless moment you enjoy with him ..On a less depressing note you remind me of my younger self having dad to cable you up to do some of the less than intelligent stuff is pure gold .
Maybe after you put water wings on it, and it still runs: Lift the front fender a little throw some spike tires on it( and maybe the B.A.R. ) and turn it into a winter warrior with all the trimmings. It would be a great way to get back to the range. It would really help if you happen to run into a T-rex on the way. Great video guys Keep them coming!!!
Awesome video as always. Brother seeing you being towed behind the truck brought back painful memories from my younger days. My dad pulled me on my dirt bike behind his truck to try to "drift start" it, and the bike started for a second and the rope dropped into the front tire, locking it up and the bike drug me about 100 yards down a paved rode with my shoe suck to the foot peg. My dad didn't even notice i wasn't visible in the mirror cause he was keeping an eye out for cops coming the other way. Thankfully he finally noticed and stopped but man was my leg, hip and arm all tore up with road rash 🤣🤣🤣 Good times
I can remember as a kid (more then 55 years ago) riding our Yamaha 250 Enduro in water over the tank. The only way we could start it again was to pull the spark plug, and put a finger in the plug hole, then kicking it over to remove the water from the system. We then started it and rode it 10 miles to get the pickup so we could load a Honda Scrambler and take it home.
Big sprocket on the rear knobbies drag bars and maybe some taller rear shocks. Then make mounts for some removable outriggers that you can attach some kayaks to.
Lol this is great. I had a Honda nighthawk 250 as a teenager lots off off roading through farm fields and trails through the woods to cabins for partys.
I have owned 4 Honda Rebel 250s. a brand new 1985 (I had been riding much larger bikes for 10 years before I bought it, but when I saw it I just had to have it, and it was cheap. It was also a lot of fun. Then I had a used '04, a used '08, and now I have a bought new 2016, last year for the Rebel 250. I've had it for 8 years, and have less than 1,000 miles on it. I'm about to turn 65, and I'm saving it for when I can't ride bigger bikes anymore. I had to give up my dual sport bikes because I could no longer get on and off of them without standing on something, and there was no way I was going to be able to repair a flat tube type tire out in the middle of nowhere by myself any more. The Rebel 250 has more power than a single cylinder 250 dual sport bike, but it has no suspension. It has a nice low seat, but unfortunately it has tube type tires. I'd like to see ANYBODY fix a flat rear tire on one by themselves in the middle of nowhere. I'm thinking about getting a used Rebel 300 (ugliest bike ever made) for off road use. Low seat, fat front and rear tubeless tires, and you can even get a bash plate for it. You guys do realize you just destroyed a $3500 bike??
My 1st street legal bike was a 86 Honda rebel 250. Love them and they are fun off road. U can take a newer dual carburetor for like an 05 and a Y pice off Amazon and make a little more power
Honda's just love gravy in the crankcase and wetplate clutch... for a little while... Hard to say how all the little oiling ports etc. for those critical lubrication-dependent areas are gonna respond later when that creek sediment batter turns to dried mud cake.😄😄
When you rev the throttle on your street bike and it sounds like a garage sale hair dryer... it's time to upgrade. Reminds me of the Yamaha Maxim 400 I had when I was young. Looked good but barely had enough power to maintain forward momentum lol. Wish I could afford another street bike. Loving watching this, it's like a weird combination of Evel Knieval and Jacque Cousteau.
I had to back that up again it was so funny. He said "u know some ppl are out getting snacks together for their party........and we're out here trying to pass a bike to each other"
IS carburetor. I used to work at a honda (motorcycle) dealership. Even back then, ppl were modd'n the rebel 250's. Bigger carbs, fuel injection, off-road tires, yada yada yada. That was almost 20 years ago!
If you go with a paddle wheel; yeah you guys are getting it at the end, you got a Rambo hillclimb option doubling with the kayak floats. ... or keep petrols out of the creek. fun can go either way. ...
Scott has one of the most contagious laughs I've ever heard. I can be in a complete pissy mood and if I hear him laugh I instantly get in a better mood. Thanks Scott! And hey I really enjoy your videos!
As kids we would do a "Chinese fire drill" at stop lights. My buddy jumped out when we were still moving fast. YES YES you will go face first to the ground.
A few things I've learned trying to run little honda atvs underwater Dielectric grease is your friend! Keeps your electronics running underwater! Spark plug and boot, coils, fuse block, relays. If you run your carb vent lines up your snorkel, backpressure from being underwater won't stall you out quite so easy. Make your snorkel out of bigger pipe then you need to let more air in, when you have a long snorkel it can restrict your air. Studding tires works better than you'd think. Pulling the plugs and cranking the bike gets the water out if youre hydro locked..., but stand clear it shoots out like a MFer hahah. Best of luck bud!
Also, with that little carb, you might be able to get away with pool vacuum hose instead of pvc pipe as a snorkle, easier routing and flexes with the bars
Scott Jr. And his dang creek!!🤣🤣🤣 I can't blame him 🤣 creeks are fun. But. Scott Jr. * buys a Lamborghini. 2 seconds later..... well. I'm gonna take it through the creek 🤣🤣🤣
Put some paddle tires on it to run through the creek again.....maybe a bigger motor to make it through the creek lol....now that's a demonstration on how Honda moyors never die
I rode my FXR over every pass in Colorado. Sure, it was a lot slower and scarier than on a dirt bike, but if you’re on an FXRS and want to go over Schofield, it’s either be scared or don’t go.
Man this brought back some memories. I bought one of these bikes when i was 14 and 3 of my buddies had one too and we used to do the same stuff on them 😆😆
as soon as i seen the thumbnail i was like yeah i got one of those rebels it says rebel but its basically the toddler saying they are as tall as scott, i know you have had a couple of near deaths but what if you got something like a cbr 1000 or a gsxr 1000..oooo Scott on a crf 70 like Braydon pricetag
Made a wrong turn headed to a place with a waterfall. 3 of us in CbR’s ended up on what turned out to be a logging trail and there was a water crossing. I have no idea how we made it but no one dropped their bike and we never made it to the waterfall.
When I was in college I dated a girl that had a rebel . That thing had 80,000 miles on it . She was like the third owner and it had been a campus bike most of its life. We went to USF and she would ride it home on weekends to see her folks in Gainesville . She took the back roads. The thing looked horrible, but it ran well .
We need to see a good ol' fashioned father and son arm wrestling match one of these days. Scott senior looks like he's been lifting since he was in the womb
Scott senior will win, no contest...sorry Scott Jr.😁🤣
Senior has legs growing out of his shoulders.
Yes!
Honestly for a while I thought they were brothers lol
I've been thinking the same thing, arm wrastlin' contest; Scotty vs Scott...!
“I had summer sausage and cheese and everything at home”
I think your dad is my spirit animal.😂
Yup! Essentially "you got my ass out of the lazy-boy for this shit"?
Your dad is awesome, Scott. Yall are hilarious together. We need more of this on Kentucky Balistic too!
I agree!!! Wish I had that experience with my dad.
Thing is, Pa Scott is WAY more into vehicles than he is into guns. Kentucky Kustoms is his kingdom.

Dude, when I was 20 we did this shit with lots of streetbikes in the woods- best times EVER!
@@LtJackboot Did you put dirt tires on them?

@Tony The older one for sure!! 😆 jk
I love watching Father and Son have fun together!! It brings back many great memories! Thanks for the ride along!
I used to own one of these! Mine was a 450 from the early 80s, but it's a great little bike
Love it! Both of you guys have such good attitudes and just enjoyable people to watch do anything. Like you said this channel is for fun and I couldn’t be happier to see you and your dad just enjoying time together.
"What did the bike do to you?"
"It exists."
When Kentucky-Man is just as crazy as Florida-Man.
As a father of 2 sons, I have to ask. How does your dad still look so young after raising a he'll raiser like you.
He just watches you now and smiles. He's wondering how you've made it this far alive. 😀
Pa Scott's just built different, I guess.
My guess is a combination of genetics, a positive outlook on life, and healthy diet and exercise.
They might be just two of a kind!

I got 2 boys too, i hope i keep my youthful look lol. They're still young, already raising hell. We'll see!
Impeccable timing! I'll take dinner with my Kentucky Ballistics please
Kentucky Ballistics didn’t upload anything to go with your dinner. This here is Kentucky Kustoms 😜
@@PewPewDaily Dammit! I realized my blunder after I posted. Lol, no sense changing it, now it's funny.
Everytime I watch videos on this channel i just wish that i had the kind of relationship with my dad that you both have. You both are awesome.
If you snorkel it, be sure and put stacks for exhaust, minimize the risk of the exhaust sucking up water if it dies.
This........this.....was awsome. As a member of the on and off road two wheel community.... thank you!
Probably the coolest Dad on the planet. My dad left us when I was young. Scott is blessed beyond measure ❤️
Scott Sr 2022 "it was much more funner riding it" lol love it 😀
Scott, that motorcycle looks like a Tonka Toy under you!!
Scott is built like a tank.
Those two have a father & son bond that every father and son should have!
Make it a trike and put paddle tires on the back, springer front with wide knobby tire, snorkel, and shark fin dual exhaust!
This reminds me of banshee for some reason lol when scott was riding through the field

Cant wait for it to eventually become target practice!
That Honda Rebel sounded more like a pissed off bumble bee! lol
Love how your old man always supports you. And it's hilarious how that lil bike sketched you out haha I use to off road my 81 gs750 all the time
Man, those cinematic shots were GOLDEN!
Dang Scott, thats one badass truck you got.
Scot I don't want to go to ER...... also Scot .... lets go take this off-road love your videos 😍😍

This is a testament to the Honda engine, takes a Kentucky man beatin it up, keeps on tickin
I really enjoy watching you and your dad do things like that it's so funny and it makes me laugh keep up the funny videos I enjoy them
Big sprocket on the rear knobbies drag bars and maybe some taller rear shocks. Then make mounts for some removable outriggers that you can attach some kayaks to.
We have fun because you guys have fun! Keep it up. Eagerly awaiting your return to the arch nemesis- the creek.
Any video with the Scotts out creating mechanical mayhem is a good video.
Lol this is great. I had a Honda nighthawk 250 as a teenager lots off off roading through farm fields and trails through the woods to cabins for partys.
Safer then a trip down a ravine! GoingBallistic needs some tips! Your dad shaking his head with a facepalm is so every dad out there!

Yeah, a sewing machine.
they can do that np

Yeah buddy way to go Scott put some Nobbies on that bike Love the channel can’t wait to see the next video keep up the great work👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Can't wait to see the ole Honda beefed up ready for off roading in that beautiful Kentucky crick ripping and roaring 💪👍🇺🇲

Luv u guys!!!! Best TH-cam team EVER!!
You got to love a Honda
I was pumped when you made the hill opposite the creek lol
Man this brought back some memories. I bought one of these bikes when i was 14 and 3 of my buddies had one too and we used to do the same stuff on them 😆😆
You should try to do something like this with a suzuki savage 650. I had one and it's a damn fun bike to ride
You dump some cleaner in the carb, shake it around and she’ll run like new no doubt. Honda really knows how to make engines
Crazy watching this it brings back memories I had the same bike and did the same thing but I could not kill mine!
These videos are gold
14:41- Bless you!

Hey, have you already registered a patent for your water pump motorcycle 🤣🤣🤣🤣. This blubbbblubb sound makes every nature friend cheer 🙄🤣🤣🤣
My dad used to Hare Scramble with Honda street bikes all the time.
I was doing this in 1982 on a Honda cb450. Plenty on power, muffler’s we’re a problem. I had knobby tire on it.
Made a wrong turn headed to a place with a waterfall. 3 of us in CbR’s ended up on what turned out to be a logging trail and there was a water crossing. I have no idea how we made it but no one dropped their bike and we never made it to the waterfall.
