Despite being called (in English) 'Paws Bliss Haven' - rather 'twee', it seems to me (does anyone else share that view!?) for a serious animal welfare concern! - the sign on the door at ca. 8.35 seems to indicate an Asian setting rather than a U.S. (even less a British) one: one wonders WHY they seem so reluctant to reveal the geographical setting, when if viewers knew where this was happening, the chances are that someone would step in to help...
Asian country often stage videos for views, there are hundreds of these channels popping up because it's a lucrative business on TH-cam.
If you look you can tell alot of the animals are all the same ones from past videos unless they die.
I hate these channels because people believe that they are helping the animals when often times it's them staging them.
If the cat has ringworm, why are the two vets touching him without gloves. Ringworm is highly contagious, and you and them can get it from xio. Wear gloves, and keep him away from your other three pets till he is clean of it. It's not a worm; it's a fungus.
The orange and white cat at 12:56 is not xio. Is this a fake story?

The author of the commentary which appears at the foot of the screen would benefit from some help in English composition (just a few examples e.g. 1.03 'when i [lower case i, throughout the commentary, is impossible for first person pronoun] go home he will accompany me' [verb continuity syntactically impossible]' 1.21 'when feeding him other cats would gather round' means the other cats were feeding him - which is emphatically NOT the case! - similarly 2.17 'I didn't expect he still remembered me' [ I think you mean '..[that] he WOULD remember me' ; 2.47 'it's already hard enough [TO HAVE TO] wander outside') and so on..
