These kids need to be taught that cats are not toys. That mother was trying to get away from those kids. What is wrong with people. Chasing a cat because they think it's fun. The parents are despicable.

The poor ginger cat that ran from those children looked like she had a gash on her head probably from them torturing her. She also was trying to protect her kitten at the same time 😢 Children should be taught to help and love animals. Parents show your children good examples on how to be kind to all creatures of God. However, the human indifference to this cats suffering must have been for a long time People are selfish, cruel and no compassion to ignore the suffering of any animal. It does not take much to stop and offer help, even a little, to show compassion for these animals.
