BAGUAZHANG KUNG FU - The Circular Pole form Pt 2.

The Circular Bagua Pole form is one of two pole forms in the Baguazhang system with the other being a linear form. One of the many weapon sets, the Pole form develops powerful body mechanics to enhance every part of your Bagua training. I will be teaching the postures and breaking this form down in future videos, exploring the Health benefits and Self-Defense applications.
