After chasing or hitting a survivor you're hunger builds till you go mad, giving you an near unstoppable amount of adrenaline, but you're bloodlust makes you sloppy. While Unsatiated Hunger is active the killer cannot be blinded by any means and the time that you are stunned is reduced by 60% (Doesn't stack with enduring) But vaulting speed is reducing by 25%. While Unsatiated Hunger is active the more The Devil chases a survivor (Doesn't effect survivors that just got unhooked) The Devil gets progressively faster, up to a max of 30% and all survivors are effected by intense fear. Effect: Intense Fear While Intense Fear is active survivors are overwhelmed with fear, kicking in there primal instinct to flee. Survivors are effected with blindness and are oblivious to the killers terror radius, this forces survivors to slow down on all actions by 10%. Perks: Prime Cuts/Fake Facade/Patient Butcher Prime Cuts: After cutting so many beautiful pieces of meat you've developed a sixth sense for where to cut survivors and make them bleed. After hitting a survivor with a basic attack, survivors blood pools are 15/25/45% bigger and grunts are 10/20/30% louder. Fake Facade: After killing and blending back into society is second nature and is a thrill to you, you seek the same guilty pleasure every chance you get. After sending a survivor into the dying state you become undetectable for 4/6/8 seconds, and has a 120/80/60 second cooldown Patience Butcher: So many days pass after you kill and feel the thrill of the hunt, that sometimes you want to let loose and go on a rampage. But you must bite you're time till the right moment. After injuring a survivor you gain a token for Patience Butcher (Up to a max of 20) Each token increases you're speed in bloodlust by 0.1/0.5/1% till the trial is over
These perks actually seem balanced in a way plus with the last perk you could trick survivors into thinking you have noed (no one escapes death this perk is considered the pussy of perks as it’s used to insta down survivors and hook them but people usually use a mori to secure a mori kill)
Bob’s Momento Mori is obviously him spouting off some random meat fact cutting into their arm and eating it a little bit before noticing they are starting to crawl away, dragging them back over and then finishing them off with multiple stabs to the back
I think the second perk would encourage slugging Fake Facade: After hooking a survivor, you gain Undetectable if a survivor healthy or injured survivor is in your Terror Radius. You lose Undetectable when you preform a basic or special attack, or 3/4/5 seconds after there aren't any healthy or injured survivors in your Terror Radius.
I know everyone is talking about the knife scraping which is S tier, but lets not forget in the extra chase, they seem to implement a spooky call back to the leitmotif of the entire Spooky Month series.
His power would have something to do with resisting status effects/stuns or something similar to the Oni where can become very powerful under certain conditions. Since you can't necessarily kill the killer in dbd, and his only power in Spookymonth besides brutal strength was immortality, so that becomes ruled out. Obsession related perks since he's always on a hunt for Skid's mom?
Gives me 80's retro slasher vibes, Loving it! Feels like a chase scene that would lead to a title card after Bob kills someone and he starts to sharpen his knives again.
The theme does fit Bob really well if you know the lore of spooky month! Especially at the end of the episode where Bob had an amulet embedded into his chest that gave him strange powers, so this suits him. Sooo creepy and good with the sharpening of the blade noises

A perk idea if this character was real 'the smell of fear' in chase, generators that survivors are working on and they miss a skillcheck, they will scream and the generator will lose 20 percent, the highest worked on generator will be regressed by ten percent and be blocked for thirty seconds with the 20 percent regressed one.

Well he's what I'm thinking his ability should be that the longer a surviver is not hit the faster bob becomes by 10% but it only stacks at 30 to reference how bob gets hungry for eating flesh i would say that lila would be the surviver for obvious reasons I think she would have a Flashlight at the beginning to reference the lemon sensing
I came up for a power idea for him. Power: [Candy freak] Around the map small piles of candy will spawn, the devil/Bob can eat these piles of candy. When bob eats 4 piles of candy his power meter will become full, giving a prompt to activate his power. Activating the power will put him in a rage giving him a 10% speed buff and when a pallet is dropped on him he won't be stunned and can break pallets 25% faster for 10 seconds. [Candy piles can not spawn in the main building if the map has a main building or the basement]
I imagine Bob’s killer power would have something to do with how he just wants to eat people. Maybe he grows in power the longer he hasn’t attacked/killed someone? For Starvation, it could be the gradual action speed debuff lasts as long as the hex remains active and the movement speed debuff only lasts for as long as they remain in the terror radius. As for Carve Up, I was thinking something along the lines of hitting a survivor with endurance gives the hindered and hemorrhage status for X amount of time.
Maybe carve up should be a Lighthorne but when carrying a survivor for 2 seconds after picking them up from the dying state but keep the same affects they just described this stop survivors from flashlight saves and more on pallet saves

You will gain max tokens when the exit gates are powered (if you vault the same window after you get a stack from vaulting it, you will not gain any tokens for vaulting that window for 30 seconds Perk 3: Lasting impression. “I will not stop hunting you… Until you are dead!” Downing a survivor will cause every survivor within a 12 meter radius to become exposed, and scream, revealing their location. If they begin healing another person, they will also become exposed and healed immediately. This perk deactivates once the exit gates are powered
Save “the devil” for when they just straight up add the devil from Bible, and the survivor is David or Moses and one of his perks gives him God’s blessing to win the match

Downing a survivor will cause every survivor within a 12 meter radius to become exposed, and scream, revealing their location. If they begin healing another person, they will also become exposed and healed immediately. This perk deactivates once the exit gates are powered
