Fredrinn seems pretty balance to me he has good cc, dmg, mobility, with resonable counters like anti-lifesteal items and range

So the 3 you tried against Fredrinn is very interesting. From my observations, heroes who can deal continuous dmg and sustain will be his weakness including the anti heal effect from dominance ice. Uranus, Hilda and Gatot was able to sustain against him, and that is a good thing for them. But once they have dominance on both, it's very obvious that the 3 you tried against him will slowly but surely win. I am curious if other sustain heroes (other than the big 3) can go against him. Esmeralda can counter Uranus and maybe even Gatotkaca (because of her shield capabilites) so it might work with Fredrinn. Yu Zhong also sustains a lot and can deal continuous damage, and maybe even Thamuz he can deal continuous dmg plus true dmg and can be very thicc, these 3 I mentioned might defeat Fredrinn on their default builds (Esme Tank Build, Yu Zhong Hybrid Build, Thamuz Tank Build with Corrosion and DHS or Queens Wing and Bloodlust)
Overall Fredrinn is a balaced hero once he is released. But with the same fate as Alice, other heroes can out sustain him and some can even one up him with something that is new or useful in the current meta like the 3 you tried, Yu Zhong, Thamuz, Esmeralda and many more tank and fighters that can be played as sidelaners
I don't think he is a full tank hero. aI think he is more effective with 1 or 2 damage items that have life steal effects so he can keep his actual hp topped up.

They are testing builds that are used in an actual game. If they wanted to counter each other then they should've gone all magic def or physical def but that's not the point.
@@Deckar5639 Yeah but any physical defense is still better than magic defense against Hilda; and while it doesn't affect much her Ulti, it reduces her attack by up to 24% so all the rest of her damage is lowered (defintely more useful then Cursed Helmet's damage). It might just be enough for Fredrinn to win in the bushes too.

Even Fredrinn lose against Uranus, Hilda and Gatot in 1vs1 situations, in real matches he's gonna be much more annoying, since he is a monster against burst damage enemies. Compared to Gatot that has similar skill (the more damage received, the more damage reflected) Fredrinn will hit harder
Gatot and Uranus aren't able to deal burst dmg, only Hilda and Fredrinn, but HIlda has an downside, she needs to be inside a bush to survive

@@ranme3798 Depends, if they have blade armor, antique cuirass, vengeance, thunderbelt then most mm would die in a few seconds of shooting the tank.
This guy is good in a team fight where he can get damaged everytime. I'd be careful around heroes like Esme which has low damage but great sustain.

You need to have great timing with Lunox to win against Fredrinn, with full HP build Fredrinn's ult can hit up to 10k physical damage, if you can't time your yellow Lunox ult then u're basically dead

Uranus or Gatot vs Fredrinn with anti-heal is very much just time based, because Fredrinn needs to be bursted to deal massive damage and keep healing, and since Gatot and Uranus has low/decent damage against tanks or high hp and defense heroes, while still having decent heals(even with anti-heal) it was obvious that Fredrinn had no chance because his damage comes from a container with a hole in the bottom of it
In a vacuum the other 3 tanks may be better, but in a team fight situation Fredrinn offers way more taunt pressure. I'm liking what he has to offer so far.

you can see at fredlin gray hp bar. those gray hp bar when smaller everytime passed. thats why fredlin heal get limited

You should try Fredrinn vs Yu Zhong...it would be pretty interesting especially the fact that Fredrinn can kinda only regen HP until his gray HP bar while Yu Zhong and other healing fighters can regen their whole HP completely
Its unfair facing a fighter because their heal is based on there damage and they do alot. Gatot already wins with a very low damage Imagine a fighter dealing 2k and restoring half of it.

Can you try him against high sustain heros like esmeralda, dyroth, yu zhong, and thamus? Since he's most likely to be played as a fighter anyway

id say he's against burst fighters like dyrroth and aldous, but I can see his potential as a gold laner too, since squishy dps heroes stand no chance against a tanky sustain fredrinn. He's not effective against mobile heroes unless fighting beside jungle creeps (I suppose Fredrinn can stack up with jungle monsters, correct me if I'm wrong)

I think i have an idea to make Freedrin damage have more sense, i think his ult damage should be base on the enemies hp because Freedrin is only good to the heroes that is squishy and can deal tons of damage but to the tanky fighters he basically fighting a lossing game because tanky fighters cant deal tons of burst damage so Freedrin ult cant deal tons of damage plus he's gray hp bar is decaying over time.

For me, Fredrinn's biggest count would be these two (especially the latter):
*Valir* and *Yve*
We all know by now that Fredrinn's biggest asset is his gray hp from his passive that both affects the damage of his ult and his lifesteal capabilities. One takeaway from this is that his gray hp bar depletes over a period of time, and this his where both of these heroes take advantage of this. By being distant and continuously slowing/and or pushing back Fredrinn, he won't be able to use the gray hp from his passive since it would've been chipped away by the time he gets near you. Another plus is that by using NoD with these heroes, they can both chip away some of his lifesteal capabilities. Paired with continues damage, and slowness from these two heroes, for sure it would be a nightmare for Fredrinn, and it doesn't help him that he only has a very small dash skill.
Of course he's still susceptible to the same things the bulky tanks of tank meta are weak to. Slows are very effective against tanks because they usually lack mobility and need to be close most of the time. Tank killers are also a given counter, obviously karrie and dyrroth are still gonna melt this guy.

I love watching sustain tanks fight, it's like an overtimed slugfest.
Freddy's skills are similar to edith, skill dmg is scaled from hp and hp regen from ult is scaled from dmg taken.
Just like Julian he is unstoppable but there is one way to counter his life steal which is dominance ice and any def item like Antique Cuirass. Try using this and he'll deal small amount of damage and gain small lifesteal

I think he's kinda tricky to play with, he need enemy to burst him to counter the enemies back (using his ult) but what player bursting a tank? and if we go full fighter item, he'll be dead fast

2nd yin ults on you
3rd while in yin's ulti cage use your copied yin's ulti yin will become a normal yin and also you will became a normal yin in the cage.
4th while in your yin copied ulti or cage if you killed him you'll return as a normal yin with another ulti.
Ps. That happened to me recently but i never get to use the 2nd ulti since its just yin and valentina whom is fighting that time
