I was there, waiting for Pastor Bill to speak, and I realize, he was waiting for God to speak to him so that he is able to be a vessel for God on that stage. Reading without accepting them for yourself won't change you. Studying but not believing enough to actually DO what is says won't change you. A person can claim to be a Bible believing Christian without being a Bible BELIEVING Christian. Not many Christians do miracles, raise the sick, or cast out demons - even though that is exactly what the Scriptures TELL us to do. We may read, memorize, and study but unless we believe enough to act then we haven't truly internalized those truths for ourselves - thus, studying is not enough in itself to renew the mind. "The renewed mind lives with the realization that God enables what He commands." I respectfully suggest you listen to the entire sermon so you know what he said before more misinformation is spread. No heresy here. You may just have an "OH! That's what he said!" moment.

The church needs to meet the requirements of 2 Chronicles 7:14. Listened to this on Wednesday night while baking and heard Mr Johnson give prompts for prayer and he mentored my exact problem. I left the kitchen to stand in front of the TV while he prayed. I instantly felt tingling from my ankle up my calf and since then my ankle has been stable and secure. Thank you Bill Johnson for your obedience and your prayer. Praise the Lord I'm healed after 11 years of living with a chronic ankle injury that affected the rest of my body

Testimony: I was praising God. Singing, worshipping. During it. God touched me. Lower spine. Felt like electrity through the spot. Healed. No more pain. Was able to go back to work. Long time ago. @@VM-pq6hg No, he doesn't say that at all. He said that the renewing of the mind doesn't come from only STUDYING the Scripture. Memorizing without internalizing won't change you. Reading without accepting them for yourself won't change you. Studying but not believing enough to actually DO what is says won't change you. A person can claim to be a Bible believing Christian without being a Bible BELIEVING Christian. Not many Christians do miracles, raise the sick, or cast out demons - even though that is exactly what the Scriptures TELL us to do. We may read, memorize, and study but unless we believe enough to act then we haven't truly internalized those truths for ourselves - thus, studying is not enough in itself to renew the mind. "The renewed mind lives with the realization that God enables what He commands."

Very interesting and verse is in Matt. about people who was casting demons and healing. Jesus said to them : go apart doing unrightrousness.
