Thanks for sharing what it looks like to ‘co-labor’ with The Lord instead of just praying for Him to do the work ~ wow 😅

When I fear, my mind is overwhelmed with anxious thoughts, so I cannot hear His still quiet voice.

What do we mean by co-laboring?🧠🧠👣👣

Hi Melanie! I'm Host Kathy on the JRC Online Campus DreamTeam; I saw your Question and thought I'd try to answer this to the best of my Ability. .....In 1 Corinthians 3:9, Paul said, “For we are labourers together with God…”; that means every Christian is a co-labourer with God in building lives, and saving souls.".....I hope that helps a little bit; ....we are doing things in accordance to God's Will.....so therefore, we "Co-Labor" with God. Does that make sense? I'm not very Graceful at explaining.....so sorry......Blessings to you Sister!

Kathy, we do not "build lives" or "save souls!" We spread the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ! You should read 1 Cor 3 in context, bc Paul says, "7So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth." We share the news of the foundation which has been laid already in Christ (verse 11). I can share His good news (plant seeds) and someone else can share (water them), but God causes growth. We are fellow workers, but be careful at how you represent yourself to others as a co-laborer. It's not about us, but Christ! We are fellow workers (a fellow laborer, associate, helper), but "co-laborer" is often misused by those who seek to spread a misleading message (like Bill Johnson did here) that suggests we are tandem w God, we have power to perform, etc. That is a very popular msg, but it is inaccurate. Christians go to church, bc we need the reminder of the Gospel. It's why we take communion, to remember that we are sinners and in need of grace and mercy, and that Jesus is the one w the power, not us or it becomes about us. Bill Johnson has here twisted and misrepresented so much of scripture that is Far richer and more powerful than even he presents it to be. I am a fellow worker, sharing the good news of what Christ has done, but not bc I have power, but rather bc I don't and I lean on and trust in Jesus who gives me strength. Please be careful about sharing if you are, as you said, not that "graceful" at it. You can lead people down the wrong path, and that is a dangerous thing for Christians to do. Paul talked about those, too, although they were doing it on purpose most of the time.

Hi Veronica! All the videos posted of Pastor Bill Johnson on our channel are of different messages he spoke. He spoke 3 days consecutively just a few weeks ago!
