Am I the only one who finds the overall finishing is a bit underwhelmed or too basic? The bathroom tiles are so dated and the developer should modernize the kitchen island. A lot of our local developers should learn something from the US developers when building million dollars properties.
Kitchen island should run along the length of the living/dining area. Looks strange to tuck the island in a corner like a McDonald’s counter. Given the size of the dining area, the island can afford to be more luxurious like full marble slab on all sides with sink and induction cooker. Kitchen design looks dated.
