    Great sales pitch with a nice, clever design to match. It's a bit too close to traffic for comfort and maintenance is another issue. I don't think this will remain in the market for long. Really nice!!!

    I'm so excited that my dad got a new house! Currently, it is under renovation! Eventhough the size is just 699 sq ft, I just can't wait to finally have my very own room and studio :)

    this bungalow is nicely and tastefully design with enormous space on all the bedrooms and the balcony and light inspire glass house concept
    I love them but it is unfortunate due to land constraint space Singapore I would preferably the much bigger land plot like able to design a 25 meter pool rather than compress a long rectangle shape land plot size

      We feel you.. That's a great suggestion Paul, just that it's all a metal structure because of the geography. Alot of extensive engineering was put into the plans to keep it up to BCA regulation while maintaining spacial functionality

      Ahhhh ur right, theres even a busstop right infront of the home and the side gate opens conveniently right into the shelter of the busstop.
      But thats no issue cos its sold. And if u ask me the reason is because of the value. Price to noise trade off. The new owner picked price. Btw sound insulation within the home is superb. Developers knew that going in. So yea. Pretty sold home.

If ones shops around enough. 7m new designer detached in D16 with the frontage and room size and building materials is really a no brainer if u accept the locality. Which is what the buyer has resided to. So, honestly man😁 be happy for the new home owner bro! He got a good buy that many other buyers still sought after. Even till date we get calls.

    Beautiful house. Wish developer had installed solar panels cos the electricity consumption would be very high to cool down a glasshouse in tropical Singapore. Btw, the word "actually" is used in the wrong context. Is it the presenter's habit to use this word?

    The backyard used to be some retaining wall?? So the engineer cleverly designed in the way that disguised the ugly retaining wall. And also to bring the light into the house.
