- first run of my 1962 white Mercury 700 (70 hp) 6 cylinder. fully re wired and total rebuild of the lower leg internals. The first with full reverse gearbox ( the ‘61 had to be started backwards to go in reverse).It is going on my wife's '59 Bellboy Banshee.
Never been in salt water and had minimal use. Real nice engine.

I have 1 whole engine and a parts powerhead waiting to know how to get this on a 60’s model boat hull i acquired 20 yrs. back..
How can I get any help or instruction to rebuild or put this thing back in order..
I have rebuilt and kept my boat motors going since a kid.
I’m just really in the dark on this one. Please help if u can..
