    Superb and excellent fan bro, ive never seen a everest 60" on youtube before! funny how this thing consumes less power than modern 56" garbages like Usha Atom.ex and CG highspeed 😂😂😂😂

      Lemmi tell something to both you guys @ElectroMaticPlus_48 & @Koolfansarena...... All brands where top quality during their first apperance. Currently everything's Bull Shit so no use in talking these unwanted things like orient is bad Crompton is bad etc. All companies have good and bad things.
      Crompton was good once. Currently not. That don't mean orient is good. Every companies have pros and cons. So stop fighting each other bros....
      I am not interested in fans after 2010s. I hate every fans after 2010s. Even I hate hs. It's thin and heatsup like BBQ. The best fan was 16p hb which also became junk in g logo. I am more interested In Antique fans , classic era fans and mid modern fans (1990-2010). Rest all is junk for me. Crompton itself becoming junk due to all bhakti ppl. I have been watching this fight between mackey and tintin fan. Tbh I don't like ppl who always say Crompton best, Crompton king, Crompton zindabad. I not only like Crompton. I am not an a***ole to support one company like you ppl does. I support everything. All brands where legends. That's why I review their forgotten products like Crompton parkinson ball, GEC Everest, Usha 1940s, orient deluxe rather than reviewing junk fans like hs, orient or anything else. And I don't like bhakthi towards one brand..... so please stop this fight in the name of Crompton, Usha orient, gec... That's all!
      PEACE

    Was this an expensive fan back then? I have this picture in my head of these fans installed in high-class Indian residences / public buildings haha. You should probably fabricate all 3 blades with sheet aluminium instead of making just 1. That'll improve the look of the fan tremendously after it's restored

      Thank you!, These fans used to cost nearly 5-7$ back in the 1940s. And now in 2024 the resale value has gone above100$. I got an information that in 1940s, A new ceiling fan costed only 200 rupees which is 2-3$. It was considered expensive back in the 40s. And yeah i got this one free from our town's Church which got demolished back in 2011. So they still had this fan kept in the backyard Shed . Brought it back home with one blade missing. I made a lightweight blade as a temporary blade. Will soon make a new set of blades! Fan motor itself weights 28-30kgs.

      I just did the math. The price of this fan with inflation accounted is 140 USD, which is surprisingly cheap for me. I thought this fan brand new was at least 180 USD. I guess local production is what made this fan rather affordable, especially compared to imported fans we had here

    • @antiquefanworld1728
      @antiquefanworld1728  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah! its cheap for such a heavy fan! BTW these where mostly made in India and other Eastern countries. Motor comes with 24 pole stator with 6204 bearing on top and 6203 on bottom. Airflow at 200 rpm is equal to running 3x 48" fans.... Its massive air mover.

    This fan without blades looked like a globe 🌎 or a planet rotating on its axis . An old grandfather fan.Do get the missing blade made from iron smith and check the performance after.
