Hlw sir, my name is Meherun nesa from Bangladesh. I'm a spine tuberculosis patient. 16 months ago due to spinal TB compression my legs were completely paralyzed. I had surgery at the L2 and L3 levels.After watching your videos I do the exercises and I have regained considerable strength in both legs. By 7-8 months after surgery I was able to walk well with the help of a walker. But after that I could not move forward. Still walking with a walker, my balancing is too poor. can't balance with a stick either. I have foot drop. In both feet. Plz suggest me some exercise dctr.
