Just picked up my first mazda a couple of months ago. A '22 cx-5 carbon edition with black seats. I live in a hilly area and the 2.5 (non-turbo) does just fine around here. Averaging 25mpg and 30+ on the highway. The only complaint I had was the stock stereo did not sound good at all. So I changed out the door speakers and added a powered, spare tire subwoofer. Love the car now! If it proves to be reliable, probably won't be my last mazda.

Auto start/stops can just be kinda annoying. Better on some vehicles than others for how smoothly the system is integrated into the vehicle. Chandrakantha or Mohra Movie background score!!!
Lol. 😂
Could you include what the backup camera is like in future videos? Was big fan of the car until I found out that trajectory lines aren’t standard except on the most premium trims.
Fantastic suggestion, I will try to make it a habit going forward! Thanks for watching. 🙂
Dont like red seats
They’re not for everyone. 🤷♂️🙂
BOSE sound deleted and power liftgate..deal breaker no good..insulting credit offered for delete..and on top no turbo option.
I agree, I just uploaded another trim of the CX-30 that had a 330$ credit for a deleted moon roof. Not worth it to me personally. Thanks for watching! 🙂
@@AutomotiveAnonymous208 wait so the previous carbon editions had bose audio and power lift gate?? for same price?
It sounds like that, but you’d probably have to watch an older model year review to be sure. 🥲
It's all available now.. in the newer one..
Not bad but 9.56 is pretty awful...didn't realize it was this slow. Oh well, nice review
It could be faster somewhere else, just not where I’m at, lol. Thanks for watching! 🙂
Probably because it's a non-turbo 4 cylinder engine
That isnt fast by any means, but it is average among all cars on the road today, and thats even factoring in EV's. No idea where this review takes place, but I do think these things can do under 9secs 0-60 closer to sea level.
